The flexi was given away at MondoCon as a teaser for upcoming releases by STS and Yetee. STS already confirmed that Bubble Bobble will be part of an upcoming Taito compilation. The flexi also contains a track from Flinthook, which will be released on vinyl by The Yetee at some point.
Dang it, I totally knew that, just forgot! That's what I get for posting hastily... I didn't know Flinthook was destined for full release though. That's cool.
Add a $20+ shipping cost to Europe on top of it and it really is pricing it outside of non-US markets

Chime# vinyl update: Ste and some other guy working on the project have no idea where my vinyl is or what's going on. The whole thing continues to be an absolute shitshow with terrible communication and absolutely no apologies whatsoever. It genuinely feels that like they view my emails as a nuscience. I only have the Kickstarter edition, so that's probably not the greatest example (seeing as there's just a few of them), BUT mine does sound good. I've heard a lot of people had noise issues with the first regular pressing, but also that the currently available second pressing should be much better.

Why is the second pressing improved? Is there a source for impressions of that?
Well, I assume it was done because of reports of noise on the first pressing. They also changed the color effect on Disc 1 (which is how you can tell first and second pressings apart), so maybe it was related to that somehow.

Nothing's been confirmed (or denied) about EU distribution of MOTHER 2 afaik. Assuming it doesn't sell out in preorder I guess there's a chance, but I can't say for sure.

It's super lame. Was able to snag a copy of W3 + Heart of Stone from Game-Legends earlier this year but now I feel bummed that it was not the complete edition.
The reasoning behind this tiered release is beyond me.
I also bought the Dark Souls and Skyrim sets this year and would be pretty bummed if publishers did this for those releases too.
Hopefully it won't set a precedent.
I'd be interested in Battletoads, however I'm sure the price will be super high + high shipping, so I'll probably pass. They're also selling Pins, which look really bad in the photo in their email newsletter! Nothing about a Black Friday sale either, which is sad because I still want to eventually get their Sunset Riders release.

Seems like they're trying to elbow into some of Mondo's shtick with those pins. Never really had the bug to collect pins, but to each their own. Objectively speaking though, the designs do look pretty lame.
Was going to GameStop anyway on Black Friday. This is even a better reason to go.
I think that copy of cuphead is just a code in a box, so be warned before buying.
Actually, it's a code on your receipt that's generated at the point of sale. There is no code in the box, just an animation cel.
