On account of never actually haven gotten around to playing NSMBU I'd be all for a Switch port.
I'm seeing a small group of people (not necessarily here, though there was a thread) hope for an Ace Attorney reveal, or wonder what happened to Ace Attorney.
With one exception (the first DGS spin-off), every Ace Attorney game on 3DS was revealed at TGS. Their AA stage shows are a significant part of that series' marketing in Japan. Even with the exception of DGS 1, which was "revealed" in a Japanese Direct, literally all that was shown was text over a black screen saying that Takumi was going to be revealing a brand new type of Ace Attorney for 3DS. The game wasn't seen until TGS. No more than this can expected tomorrow, and there is nothing unusual about the silence with that series.

I agree. If they do announce, I hope they don't waste more than 30 seconds on it.
Keeping expectations low to avoid disappointment. Never works though, Nintendo direct means you can actually, honestly, sincerely expect nothing and still be disappointed.

As a WIIU owner I have to agree. I dont care about any WiiU port as I already played all the games on that system I am interested in. However, many people did not own a Wiiu and for them these ports are a good value. But yeah I can feel you as a WiiU owner. Hoping for more original content next year. This year has been a little weak in t hat regard imo.

This felt weird to post in the other thread but I listened to GameXplain's discussion this morning and Jonneh betting on that FFVII reveal is the kinda shit I want to see more of from these discussion.
I would think ff7 would need to get a downgrade to be on the switch, same with kh3.
Whoever leaks, gets on Nintendo's blacklist. I doubt anyone would do that.
Good decision from the mod team, the other thread didn't feel like the right place to talk about something as light as a Direct.
The discussion was referring to the PS1 HD port the PS4 has. Not FF7R

Yeah that prediction was off the wall, but not out of the realm of possibility. Square getting Final Fantasy ports onto the system (especially after Octopath's success) would be easy money.
