Watching the Mets... highlights... from last night. Now that is a team that has just decided to quit. Sad to see.
It's usually when a single one gets wrapped around or twisted. It's supposed to hurt a lot and they have to fix it pretty quickly.
Stoked that mlb,tv has the park audio overlay back. Don't have to listen to either of these terrible broadcast teams.
Red Sox radio broadcast is good... Padres grabbed one piece of our TV broadcast team and the other has cancer :/
I don't think they made the transition to Era's baseball thread, but this week two years ago I was in Long Beach for a wedding at the Queen Mary and ended up getting to go see the Dodgers with my buddies Angel and Rigoberto. These guys were some of the OG Dodger fans on GAF with me and it was super cool to get to meet them in person after so many years of talking Dodger baseball online. I bought the fitted hat at the shop in the stadium since I didn't have any gear with me.. it's way too fucking tight on me and I've worn it about three times since then, lol. I tried to make the flat brim curl a little but it was having none of it.
The only other time I've been able to see a game at Dodger Stadium was back in 2005 while I was out there for E3. Both times have been wins! I'll never forget the first one.. we played the Marlins and beat Dontrelle Willis.

I wish to someday be able to do a trip to west coast and see those parks.

I could totally see the Padres offering up most of their farm for Trout, and then trading the rest for Chris Archer.
