I haven't played much, basically just unlocked the Tangled Shore, but I'm really enjoying it.Welp Destiny 2 has got its hooks into me.
GOTTA GET THAT LIGHT LEVEL UP!

That's great to hearThat whole game seems like it's trying to be the 90s tv show from what I read in reviews.
Kind of surprised at how hard they're lauding the humour/writing in Donut County, on its face I wouldn't have expected it to be Jeff's thing
Maybe Next Monday. Murder Islands are normally on Mondays.
I really need to get into Donut County, but not sure if I should pay the extra money on Mac or play it on the iPhone instead at a cheaper price. Also it makes sense Jeff likes the humor since he liked Night in the Woods as Antiwhippy said. Donut County has a similar sense of humor.Kind of surprised at how hard they're lauding the humour/writing in Donut County, on its face I wouldn't have expected it to be Jeff's thing
Wait...they are active on mastodon now?Jeff being at the waypoint pax podcast and joining in for the last 15ish minutes was real nice.
Also going by their Mastodon posts, doesn't seem like Austin and Jeff will get much further in DQXI beyond six hours because of all the other games coming out....
Jeff's been on and off with mastodon but friend of the site Will Smith has a Mastodon instance that some people in that circle are using called content.town. The toot from Jeff about DQXI
He really liked night in the woods.
Like I think that type of humour and writing his home with people familiar with a sort of clique. I can totally see old Jeff being part of that.

I lowkey hate games and movies and tv shows that end on the assumption they're just gonna have a sequel/another season
like the amount of hubris involved is astounding
Hm, thanks. Don't know anything about that site but most of Giant Bomb has kind of abandoned Twitter for everyday stuff. Not surprised Jeff would like this niche social media thing.Jeff's been on and off with mastodon but friend of the site Will Smith has a Mastodon instance that some people in that circle are using called content.town. Pax kinda sucks. I don't blame him.
PAX is a nightmare on the floor. You only go to the floor if you are general admission or have an appointment at a booth as opposed to a separate room.
Is it that it got too big for its own good? They seem to have better things to say about pax east but maybe I'm mistaken

I would feel bad for Brad, Jason, Rorie, and Ben...I'm liking the vibe of this PAX panel. Jeff and Abby are fun together, as are Ben and Dan.
What if Jeff moved to New York and joined GBEast?
GB West would die. But GB East would become a new golden era.I'm liking the vibe of this PAX panel. Jeff and Abby are fun together, as are Ben and Dan.

Jeff would never move to NY...he would commute.
The map size takes about 5 minutes to sprint from the furthest point to the opposite side.
