"It appears that another new Nintendo Direct presentation might be just around the corner, giving us a look at some more indie titles and - hopefully - providing more information on the Nintendo Switch Online service.
The information comes from a close source of Nintendo Life - who also correctly informed us of the recent 2018 Indies Highlights presentation ahead of time. The Direct appears to be scheduled for 4pm PDT / 7pm EDT tomorrow (6th September), meaning midnight BST /1am CEST later that evening in Europe (or, technically, the next morning)."
That's not what it saysWow another indies-centric Direct?

That's not it either, what they're saying is that the source that is telling them about this direct is the same source that said there was gonna be a direct mini (which ended up being the indie highlights video)It's not an Indies direct, they just know the existence of the direct through Indies sources that are scheduled to appear.
Are you?
Just because some indies will be there doesn't mean it's not a regular direct. Chill man.Are you?

Hmm ... i might be able to load the kids off to friends/grandparents ... but what to do with the wife? Nah ... i'll just rewatch it in the morning ... but i think the FEH update drops on that day too ... so i might be busy with that.
I'm going to stay up watching this and regret it while being full tired at work, am i?
Well there has been some controversy about the body odors of Smash players, right?

Naturally, further details are unclear at the moment; while a selection of indie games are expected to appear, we can't help but wonder whether or not more details surrounding the Nintendo Switch Online will be present, too. After all, we're only weeks away from its release and we know worryingly little about it.
Isn't that just speculation on their part? And we always get some indie games in a general direct. Are you?

My favorite.
It says 7 pm tomorrow.
Yeah I reckon this is right on the money.I bet this is going to be a Mini Direct. Online detailed, NSMBU, one or two third party ports, a couple indies.
Then a general Direct focusing on early 2019 in October or November.
Why are you guys assuming it's a Mini Direct? Am I missing something?
My favorite.
I hope this NSMB Deluxe game doesn't let people down. I hope it's good enough to where people will be happy.

I bet this is going to be a Mini Direct. Online service details, NSMBU, one or two third party ports, a couple indies. Maybe a quick first party tease for early next year.
Then a general Direct focusing on early 2019 in October or November.
Everyone is sure it is dropping in like 12 hours. When is the last time a full direct came out with no prior announcement? Why are you guys assuming it's a Mini Direct? Am I missing something?
Though once you bring Mario Maker it nullifies the need for a NSMB game. Mario Maker would have been the better choice but I can see why they would do NSMB first.I think NSMBU was the best 'new' traditional 2D Mario game, but I also think if they are going to bring one of those over to Switch, it should have been Mario Maker
Not in 12, in ~36Everyone is sure it is dropping in like 12 hours. When is the last time a full direct came out with no prior announcement?
1pm CEST.Do you guys remember what time the Mini Direct aired in January? I think it was early morning.
General Directs are usually all over the place. They don't have a set time they show.
No it's not 12 hours. It's supposed to air 7 pm (Eastern) tomorrow. That means it would get announced today at 10 am and air 33 hours later.Everyone is sure it is dropping in like 12 hours. When is the last time a full direct came out with no prior announcement?
36 hours I guessEveryone is sure it is dropping in like 12 hours. When is the last time a full direct came out with no prior announcement?
