It is still quite around here.

The calm before the storm ?

The debut of mainline GTA on a Nintendo console ? The return of FF ? What about Persona ? New images of SMTV ? Resurgence of AA games and Nostalgia ?

We'll hopefully see soon.

America Era is still sleeping. Persona 5 and GTA 5 would be amazing to play on handheld.

I wonder if they offer %5 discount on all pre-orders for online service users. It would be great to have and increase the online subscription userbase.

Jonneh also said he's busy next week

So it is this week. IT'S HAPPENING IT'S HAPPENING

I'd honestly hold my horses. We're basically getting a Direct to explain the Nintendo Online features, so I wouldn't expect bombs to be dropped. We'll probably get a new Pokémon Direct for Let's Go and a Smash direct, with probably a new Direct towards the end of the year with the new stuff.
Not saying it's impossible to see new announcements, but I wouldn't count on it.

I feel like we could see Hearthstone or Gwent, but I'm not sure which one would be more likely.

The Direct won't be about the online.

In the history of general Directs, they never have been one without new announcements.

South Park : SoT will be announced for example since its coming this quarter. We'll probably get 10+ new games announcements but it is indeed possible that none of them will be a megaton.

Side note but I hope they won't showcase too much Torna again. I'm discovering Xenoblade 2 at the moment and having seen just one trailer at E3 already kinda spoiled me some stuff.

"It appears that another new Nintendo Direct presentation might be just around the corner, giving us a look at some more indie titles and - hopefully - providing more information on the Nintendo Switch Online service.

The information comes from a close source of Nintendo Life - who also correctly informed us of the recent 2018 Indies Highlights presentation ahead of time. The Direct appears to be scheduled for 4pm PDT / 7pm EDT tomorrow (6th September), meaning midnight BST /1am CEST later that evening in Europe (or, technically, the next morning)."

I don't know how reliable they are but Nintendo Life claims a reliable source told them there's a Direct tomorrow

I expect a Direct this week yeah, it makes sense to talk about the Online service, some future games and Elma in Smash. It will be this week or the next one, unless the Online service is delayed again.

Past midnight general Direct? Eh ... i know one region has to take the L on the airing time, but i'm biased towards Europe not being the one. ^^

Work plus family ind addition to getting old means no live watch from me for this.

I hope that time is legit. That's actually a decent time for me (9 AM).

I had to deal with 1 AM times for the E3 and Smash Directs this year; it's everyone else's turn now!

Why you guys complaining about the time?? You're NINTENDO fans. You stay up all night to watch a Direct. It's more important than sleep.

Shit, it would be 1 AM friday for me if true... friday at 6 AM I need to wake up in order to go to the town because of work for the week end lol
So : i'll be missing Spidey day one, AND I'll be tired af because I want to watch this Nintendo Direct lmao.
But it's not that surprising. Last year september direct was at 00 AM cest I think ? Something like that.
