Yeah bows didn't seem too fun in videos but man are they fun.
So the ''Cayde's Exotic Stash'', is it a time limited pre order item or is it going to always be available? I see its still showing up on the Forsaken Legendary Collection on BNet at least. Don't have time to play the game just yet, but some time after Spiderman i will return for sure.

It stings that they did this. I mean, this is supposed to be the end for Cayde -- we'll never see him again -- and they couldn't make sure they got Nathan for like ... one mission?

They're probably (?) stuck trying to swap from the pre-order bonus edition to the normal, post-launch version of the standalone version.

I have a couple of Exotic quests from Warmind that require completion of Heroic Strikes to advance; given Heroic Strikes have been retired, what activities can I complete to earn credit for these quests? I should have finished these during the Solstice of Heroes, but I didn't have time.
I want to throw money at Bungie and Playstation, but they just won't let me.
Shoot the vents and lob the orb at the boss? Boss never lasts long enough for me to actually be able to do anything as others kill it.

New dawnblade is going to be insane in the raid. After unlocking it i was standing in my well surrounded by 20 enemies taking 0 damage with an overshield
I hate to do this to myself because I kept doing it in D1, but I think I'm interested in getting back into Destiny. The only problem is I haven't even played the first 2 expansions. I know I'd probably have to play those for leveling and whatnot but is it smart to buy those first and try them before thinking about Forsaken?
you can buy ultimate forsaken set gets you a jump to 320 to play forsaken

Still not available to me after the store auto switch to the US version of the store.
Try searching for Forsaken and add it to card from the search results page by using the little "add to cart" button.. Do not click on the item to go to the game's dedicated page.
So I'm playing through the base game for the first time on PC and it's kind of annoying seeing things and having the ghost be all "whats that???" when I've done that stuff on Destiny 1 on PS4. Like, why couldn't they have a "did you play Destiny 1?" thing for the PC version? Or hell, even check your Bungie account if you've linked it and see that you've done stuff in Destiny 1. I know why that stuff is there, for first time players who didn't play D1, but the PC was a new platform that wasn't available for the first game so it sucks it's forced to treat everyone as new.

So if I use a character boost on my third character it should give me the trophy for unlocking both sub classes automatically?
