I got Gamepass yesterday which is great, playing Doom for the first time and the library is actually decent as hell I think, but the omission of Forza is very glaring; it makes it seem like if a series is doing well enough Microsoft might not put in a full effort on first party titles to Gamepass if it completely takes off. I know Forza 4 is coming to Gamepass day one but I'd really like to play Forza 3.

Really? I guess that makes sense for the past games and easier for 4 because of all the logos and copyright.
Licensing deals also include distribution details. Gamepass was not a thing so those deals need to be renegotiated. Newer games will already take this into consideration thus easier to release on gamepass.
This is the first racing game I have played in a decade or so. I am just driving around the UK it seems. It's a pretty cool game but how do I get online? It says I need to qualify for autumn but I have no idea what the fuck I am doing. I am just driving while chilling to out the beats.
It's basically licensing deals. That's why some Horizons are not sold digitally anymore, after the licenses for car X and Y expires or some songs, the cost to renew the license vs the profit from said game is too big.

you have to progress through a mini campagin before the game opens up and allows you to go online. It's around 3-4 hours long. It will take you through all the seasons in the game.

Also I take it the franchise is huge in the UK? Because every character sounds British / Welsh / Scottish / etc.
