Was never big into gaming pins, or pins in general, but I was eventually worn down by the constant flow of fun designs at shows like PAX East and finally started being mindful of them. This year that interest peaked which lead me to put up a cork board to display what I've come across and it's become pretty fun to continue and add onto.

Figure there must be other folk on ResetEra who have been at this far longer than I so why not have a thread about it? I'm definitely curious what folk do with their pins, saw some pretty elaborate display options online a while back.

Why pins?
Personally speaking I find them a fun thing to hang onto after conventions or to collect for games I enjoy. Unlike a lot of game memorabilia pins are quite small and, aside from markups on secondary markets, pretty cheap or even free depending on where they are given out. Figures, collectors/limited editions and the like are great and all but you can't beat the size of a pin for those of us with limited space.
