Hmm it worked in Safe Mode so it's another app or my third party (GO) launcher.
What exactly are hangouts? When I clicked on EtcetEra and hangouts they seemed the same to me. Is there anything that I'm missing?
Think of it like the community tab at NeoGAF without, hopefully, the stigma of being the website's redheaded stepchild.

Yeah, I'm going to explore this site a ton. Also, I've never been on NeoGAF. The first time I went was yesterday just to see the sites layout. So hopefully I can learn, and get accustomed quick, haha. Thanks for telling! :D

Unfortunately, no. But you can click off the option to allow the forum to send you e-mails in your preferences. However, I don't believe that applies to password reset e-mails.
Ok, going to set up paid Gmail account for my personal site, that'll work right? Like [email protected].

What's the secret for avatar quality? My source file I'm using is crisp and clear, but anytime I upload it to here it turns into the blurry mess it is now. I've messed around with the size of the original, upped the quality on the jpeg a bit, they all seem to have the same blurry outcome.
Any word on banned games like there were on gaf? I'm of the opinion there really shouldn't be provided people aren't drooling over the NSFW aspects of them.

I think the issue is that they ask for a 200 x 200 image, but then size it down to 96 x 96 on their end.

Add to Home Screen only works on Google Now Launcher for me, none of the other third party launchers worked. Hopefully they can fix this bug as I am not going to use the regular launcher.

Looks like the problem for me was jpeg. I saved the file as a PNG instead and now it looks much better. Thanks for the help all!
To become a full member you need to have at least 100 posts and 60 days of membership.
Last time I checked it was around 19,000 words.

when you click on someone's avatar a window pops up with info about them that says "(gender) from (location)", would it be possible to expand this to be able to include someone's pronouns?

Maybe someone should make a OT suggestion thread? I fully understand why things work the way they do but some people really contributed on Voldemort forum and if it where possible mods should consider to give out some full memberships? I'm not talking about my self but just to take an example. Sir crocodile was a ambitious OT maker an appreciated by us who had an special interests in point and click adventure games. I really hope that we can nourish the same amount of quality here or else a big reason for beeing on a gaming forum disappear. The same reasoning does probebly apply to other smaller topics and interest.
A way to kickstart reset era in that aspect could be to allow some exceptions.

It says I don't have sufficient priviledges but I'm not a junior member (unless the rank has same name? and if so, how are people going to know if they've been promoted?). I think I get it, but just want to be 100% sure. Would games with NSFW aspects that are not primarily about said aspects allowed to be discussed? There are several visual novels that may be 3% explicit porn and 97% story, with discussion always focusing on the latter. I'm obviously not talking about posting pics of NSFW content or anything like that, only the discussion part.
