Spider-Man Hype Check - Less than a week out

Isnt he playing the demo though?
And something has got to give lol, people want dense streets, interactive people, smooth framerate all in an open world. I highly doubt the pedestrians will be fixed as they aren't broken.
They took them out of one scene and due to the lighting change it looks worse. However puddles are still present in the game.
(In fact there are too many puddles. Why is it always raining lol)
Oh, if it's the demo that would explain it since I heard they fixed the pedestrians afterwards.
Personally, I would have preferred a lesser number but more liveliness and variety. But we'll see how the final game turns out first.
Besides the interactions with them they just look lifeless. Many don't even look or pay attention to Spider-Man, a lot fall over for no apparent reason...
When I play as Spidey when I walk the streets I want people around to look, not go on with their lives as if Spider-Man walks alongside them every day.
It's just that particular scene. The most recent gameplay videos show the rooftop of a construction site with more puddles than the older screenshot.
This happens with every game. It's often the same kinds of people too. Concern trolling if you will. The funniest is when people go by compressed YouTube videos to judge things like textures etc.
On a side note, this screen you've posted is far more fitting, since it is open top, whilst the other being compared I believe was under a roof or cover of some kind.

Personally, I'll be spending the least amount of time at street level.
I don't mind. If I could harm the pedestrians I would prefer more interactivity but if not I like the density. And judging by the leaks posted the interactions looked fine enough for my standards.
However one thing that was broken in that demo was the car collisions with Spiderman and people. Will be interesting to see how they handle that.
Also I would have liked the demographics to shift with the neighborhoods. But it's not a big deal

I don't get hype for things anymore, I am really looking forward to playing this game. I've watched very little beyond the initial reveal but I know I'll really enjoy it.

Usability tests showed the pool was unnecessary so it was drained and thrown away. Puddles are all that remain.

I can't really bring myself to play anything right now as a result! However, games like Donut Dounty are very appealing and have helped with the wait :)

Hoses? I mean puddles are literally everywhere is like all the footage they've shown. Night, day, sunset, lol. Surely it's not raining that much
NG+ as Sandman is going to be rough avoiding all the puddles. Glad they're toning them down.

Dear God. It's like the downgrade horde is more comitted to being angry than to happily celebrating how little of the demos were compromised during development.
My birthday is the 8th and this is one ok f the things the wife preordered for me as well.

As far as the threads concerned ima little but more excited about dragon age and I guess its cause I ran thru ninokuni2 and thought it was subpar.
