Was a solid surprise for me and my daughter, she's been extremely into ducks lately and seeing a video game goose steal a sandwich made us both laugh.
I can't believe you remember this
(Thank you all for being excited about Goose!!!)
Cabel has made much good internet content and I'm going to surface/out some of it now.
He wrote and performed "Buggy Saints Row: The Musical" in 2006 and it's still catchy:
He was also the creator of sidetalkin.com, that site full of people talking awkwardly on their Nokia ngage.
This better get a Geese Howard crossover. Not Geese Howard as a goose, but Geese Howard as Geese Howard, acting like a goose.
I hope you can get different colors and patterns of goose. My geese are always the black head brown body kind
I wouldn't mind choices but I find the white ones the funniest looking.
Though this awesome video belongs to a Canadian Goose.
The laughing is infectious to me and this whole vid is kinda cute to me. And I find it hilarious.
Untitled Geese Howard Game - press x to predictaboCan we make the concession where Geese still yells in poorly-translated English?
Sweet Jesus, in between the videos of geese attacks and the links to quality content and interesting anecdotes I had no idea existed, this thread has waaaay over-delivered.I love the Panic guys old internet exploits. Panic co-founder Steven Frank created shutup.css, the original comment-blocking browser plugin (it just hides the comments sections on as many sites as possible, so you don't have to think about them).
In the early days of the iOS App Store they released a beautiful looking podcast app called Pantscast, released under the pseudonym Hosensoft GmbH, a German software company who "for years we have been perfecting our algorithms."
Pantscast looked for silence in the waveform of your podcasts and inserted increasingly unsubtle fart sounds during quiet pauses. Of course it default came pre-subscribed to Fresh Air.
Anyway, they are a great fit for Untitled Goose Game. (They were a great fit for Firewatch too. I love working with them.)
The only problem I can think of is perhaps the game will be too easy? After all, geese are OP af.
This is my new joke game.
I always ask people you know what the best goty is, and then proceed to send them yoshi wolly world(fyi it's not a bad game) vids. People will be talking about Witcher 3 and I'll troll them with YWW.
Now I will send this.
I absolutely cannot wait for this, and it makes me so happy to see so many others equally excited for it.
You have some binge-watching to do. TierZoo is fantastic.I remember seeing the trailer way back when and thinking it looked great. It's so silly and cute.
Holy shit, this entire channel is biology/palentology videos presented as fighting game/MMO metagame critique. This is amazing.
I can't believe you remember this

This is good.
I'm happily surprised as well. I thought it was kind of a coin toss when I made this thread but it turns out a lot of people love/love to hate geese.
Why are we here? Just to HONK!
Game looks uniquely amazing, definitely something I am interested in. There aren't enough games where you play as animals, like where the hell is a Tokyo Jungle sequel at.
Literally started laughing like a madman at this.

The last Alpha version I played essentially made the game feel like metal Goose solid. When you get into a particular zone, you get a list on notebook paper with to-do items written in cursive. Some of them are about moving items around the level, some of them are about pestering and annoying particular humans, and some of them are about leading humans into situations that you have set up for them. And most of these tasks rely on employing stealth and finding hiding spots, but you also easily get to retry tasks pretty quickly after being found out if you mess up. so it is a little more kid-friendly without feeling boring or simplified.
I honestly think the gameplay reveals that come in the near future, hopefully including Pax West, look even better than this awesome trailer. I'll try to get impressions up at ars technica if the game is indeed at Pax West!
