I'm sure it's be going on for a while with each character redesign, but Elora the Faun's new look has caused a major surge of fan art afaik.

Obviously, any art you post here, your own or others, should be as clean as possible.

I have seen so much fanart of Elora. Almost all of them quoting that "I'm a faun you dork" line. Quite a few of them being NSFW. I'll try and get some SFW ones.

No NSFW fan art? Considering how most of the redesigns look like they were created by furries on the dev team, I have a hard time seeing this thread last long if this rule stays enforced.

Oh wow, Elora is A+ Design. if she was taller she'd fit into the sly cooper series quite nicely.

I'd find it funnier if half the thread wasn't people just going "ew furries." Despite the fact that nothing questionable had been posted.

Apparently despite the fact that "weird" art exists for every series ever it's only worth scorn if the series involves anthropomorphic characters.

It's frankly obnoxious and I'm getting kinda tired of it.

It's fairly common with male anthropomorphic characters.

I think I need to back away from Spyro topics for a while. Every time I go into one, I just want to complain about Sheila's redesign. I can't think of another redesign that has ever bugged me to this extent.

I knew from the moment I first saw it that certain kinds of artists were going to take to it well, and if anything that just bugs me more.

Anyway, I'll try to shut up on the matter from here on.

Didn't know they were going for furry-ish sort of styles for quite a few characters. May have to get it on X1 if it's not coming to PC.

Also I had a bit of trouble finding good relevant art that wasn't weird lol.

Oh please. The reactions here are exactly as expected because the art in the OP was exactly as expected.

Female characters got "upgraded" and made more feminine. Guess who's in the OP? I could see that from a mile away.

I mean, take a look at the "FF7 is developing quite the fanart" thread where you can find actually tasteful fanart of Tifa (contrary to obvious expectations) and the comparison is all the more hilarious.

This isn't to say that that art is in bad taste. It's just that the subject was totally expected.
