I think, if anything, this confirms Elite V2 is for next gen. so see it announced with scarlet in 2020?

So it's just a white variant and it still uses batteries. Oh well. Guess I'll keep hoping for a V2 then.

As soon as this white controller popped up. I figured something was up. Since I've been seeing a lot of recent stock for the old black elite. Which wouldn't really be a thing if it was getting a new version.

Damn that's a nice looking controller. No bluetooth is such a hassle though since I don't have a dongle. Really torn on buying or not.

I actually said it's not an Elite V2 controller, and it's not an Elite V2 controller.
Paddles, trigger stops, customisable d-pad. Its absolutely amazing. The greatest controller ever made without a shadow of a doubt.

Won't know until it's released and people get their hands on them. I wonder if they'll increase warranty coverage this time - they did for the original elite which initially only had 90 days coverage I think?
How the tension on the sticks w the current model? I have tendinitis and I'm looking for something easier on my thumbs!
Just bought a Best Buy Geek Squad refurbished Elite controller which should be arriving today. I'm pretty excited about it as I've been eyeing the Elite controller for awhile. Having said that, I may need to pick this white one up at some point. Kudos to MS for getting me to purchase the most controllers I've purchased for a console since the GameCube.
Only a sign that a new gen is going to happen sooner than later. We will see a new Elite with the new bunch of consoles. This time directly at launch.
I wonder if they'll fix the grips so the rubber doesn't start expanding and peeling off this time.
The one i have has abnormally easy to move joysticks. Looser than the Xbox One standard controller, which is already way looser than the PS4 controller. If that helps. It may have to do with the stick being made of metal, appose to plastic.
