Drinkbox put attributed forum quotes in Guacamelee 2 without permission. OK/not OK?

Did said posters complained about it? The main post mentioning about said people disappointed and how Drinkbox should've gave them a key for the game at least, yet haven't seen much nention of this around.

edit: when's the last time you contacted the author of an article/journal/book to ask them if you can quote them on a thesis. It's just not the way things work. Plus the logistics of trying to contact a forum poster is kind of silly.

I find it funny, I'd be delighted to be on any videogame, even if I was being portrayed by a shitty NPC who dies 2 seconds after you spot him.

I find this kind of thing hilarious, loved the memes of the first game, and really anxious to see this in second game.

Just to rein this in for a moment, because there are some puzzling comments being made here:
1. No one said anyone was going to sue or that there was grounds for it
2. No one requested/demanded a free key, that was just a suggestion I made in the op regarding what Drinkbox could have done as a courtesy to the people whose quotes were used
The question was purely one of etiquette, so let's please not blow it out of proportion.
I honestly found the area really funny and my first reaction was that it was fine, but just to play devils advocate for a moment: Twitter is designed for posts to be shared and retweeted, forums are somewhat closed communities where people may use language that has context that could be lost outside of that community (like if you complained about a $30 Italian meal at the DMV). Also, this is a product someone is receiving revenue for, not just a repost on another page.
The thread came about because I discussed the scene with some other folks on the forum, and what at first seemed funny was maybe not quite so cut and dried. I was curious what others thought.
