This is amazing (pun intended). The reactions of the people are amazing. Although I think some of the character models are repeated which shouldn't be a surprise given that the scene is about 5 seconds long and its not worth going to that sort of detail. I only noticed because the gif keeps repeating.

Really enjoying Hostile Takeover so far! Also simply happy to be reading a book again. I used to be an E-book naysayer... but damn, this is fucking convenient and nice!

I love Spider-Man more than any other character in the world and lids getting excited because of a train that's dressed up as him warms my heart. Go figure. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ooh, yeah, that was great. Although, I personally prefer Origin's. Still, something similar (but more hopeful and less grim) would be fantastic!

I would buy this day 1 if it was coming to PC or if I had a PS4 pro but unfortunately my launch ps4 sounds like a jet engine taking off when ever I play anything some what demanding on it. So im going to have to wait till I get a pro or buy a slim or something.

Spider-Man is the only super hero I care about (well, at least I liked the movies) and this game looks super polished, so I'm ready to enter this train, patapon. :)

I said I was done with Spidey threads until the 7th, but I guess I'm a liar. I've been doing Spider-Man drawings every day for the past week. Same pose every time (lazy I know), but a different costume. Thought it would be fun to do until the game releases. I'll post the first two I did, and if anyone wants to see more, I'll post the rest of what I've done so far. Also anyone else doing some fan art to pass the time?

Origins was fantastic as well, played that recently. Yeah, the tone between Batman and Spider-Man is quite different, so we'll probably hear that in the soundtrack too. Man, I love these two superheroes. :P

Was ist really not possible to release the game two weeks earlier for everyone when there are already loads of copies irregularly out 2 weeks early? This summer had a serious game drought and now all the games are suddenly piling up. Dragon Quest, Spider-Man, Tomb Raider...

Distributing millions of copies worldwide is a lengthy process and has to be done in due time as to not risk copies arriving to retail after release day. Releasing the game now would just have meant that spoilers would have been out there two weeks ago instead of now.

I think the main story path in Sony published open world games usually resembles the quality of linear games, so I would not worry about this one. James Stevenson has also seemed very confident about the main story in his posts on here.

I've been watching Spider-Man the animated series all day today to pass the time until the game releases. Loved it back in the 90's and surprisingly it holds up.

We're so lucky that the two of them have (or in the case of Spider-Man, will have) gotten such amazing games, huh? Spider-Man especially, I think, because Marvel offered Insomniac the chance to do any character. For Sony to have recommended Insomniac too... It's like all the puzzle pieces falling into place for us Spidey fans. <3

The game is almost only 8 days away from me now since that's all the work days I have between now and the 7th. It's so damn close!! Reading a little bit more of Hostile Takeover and I'm getting really excited about Insomniac's Marvel Universe! Looking forward to all the easter eggs in the game. I don't expect any cameos, but a couple of other references, buildings and the like, would be really cool. I'd love to have some cameos or straight-up team-ups in the sequel, though!
