Does this actually work? If so, how effective is it for reaching an orgasm in a timely fashion? I imagine it would take longer on average than a more direct hands-on method and is probably not particularly intense. I also knew a girl like this. In fact, pillow grinding was her typical method of self pleasure, and I to my knowledge she didn't even try to do it any other way until she was in her late 20s.
