I am also having this issue.
Did Chrome on Android get rid of the Add to Home Screen option? I want this on my home screen and can't find it.
I see it on my pixel right above the request desktop site check box. Version of chrome is 61.0.3163.98.
Damn what the hell. I have same version of Chrome but its not there on my Nexus 6P. Will reinstall and see if that works.
Is there a button or menu option on mobile to get to watched threads?
Edit; I just made a bookmark for now but an interface option would be nice.

I'm curious regarding the requests for layout changes. Are a lot of the requests things that are already built in as options, or do they have to be written in from scratch?
How come when I make a post that thread becomes one of my watched threads? Did I accidentally check a box?

I can't figure out why I don't have this on my menu anymore and it's driving me crazy. Reinstalled and updated Chrome, searched Google and found nothing. Why can't I do this?!

In the text box's tool bar (with bold, italics, etc), click on the + sign. It has more functions

Nope just regular Chrome. I know I've done it before (with GAF) but it's just gone now. Uninstalled Chrome, reinstalled and updated and still nothing.
There's a bug in oreo that apparently is causing something similar. What phone/android version are you on?

I have a moderation question. The thread Mario Odyssey and it's racial proliferation of the italian american and mexican nationalities got locked, though it seemed to me that the conversation was generally respectful and thoughtful. Is there a specific reason this thread was locked? And, more generally, is it possible to have explanations associated with thread locking, the way we now have with posts that lead to bannings?

As a member, you have always been able to have a free email for registration, that is, if you got in during the "wave" registration period.
Question: Is it me, or is the overall avatar image quality pretty bad? I see a lot of blurry/low quality avatars.

Is there a way to navigate directly to another part of the forum when reaching the bottom of a page you are currently viewing? Say I'm currently on a topic in Hangouts and I want to go directly to Video Games hangout, atm I have to click Home then from there click Video Game Hangouts, I wish there was a way to immediately jump to that part of the forum.
Likely something that can be addressed on the back end. I see no reason why someone who is already a member cannot have a free email after sign up and validation.
Question: Is there no default avatar? I'm seeing a lot of "x" boxes for users avatars. Is it a lack of avatar? If so, can we just put the site logo or something as their avatar? As of now, the site looks borked with the X's.
Click in your avatar at the Top Right of the screen > Alert preferences. You can set up alerts as you like
I do want alerts for watched threads, but I don't want to auto watch every thread I reply to. I don't see a setting for that.
Edit: nvm I found the setting
Just tried a 96x96 upload and it's still blurrier than the local copy. It's probably the browser's scaling that's making it look worse.
edit: yeah, that's the issue with the 96x96 upload. That doesn't explain why downsampled images are blurrier here though as local copies still look sharper when I manually zoom out.

Open registration just started, so we're getting hammered.
I am on Oreo on my Nexus 6P. Guess I must have this bug. I disabled my third party launcher and it still was gone. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Is there a way to make the Watched Threads default to show all your watched threads (including the ones you've already read the newest posts in)?
