May be because most people are decent and can call out scummy behavior when they see it regardless of gender ?
I know its hard to give analogy with this bu5 Imagine inviting 100 of homeless people(individually) for free food on a particular day and when they show up, you tell them they gotta fight to death because you only got food for one person.

Also if two people agree to meet for a date, how does it make only the guy desperate ? Did you even read the story, she misled people into believing it was one to one date.

I'm roughly 900 % sure you didn't read the story.

They simply thought they had a date.

It's a poor excuse for them not knowing how to date then. They can take this L and learn from it.

Where was the frame control or game or anything setting this date up? Let's not even get into the minutiae of things but how from literally the first few messages it went from going 0-100 with HER MAKING THE PLANS IN THE SECOND OR THIRD MESSAGE IN THE TINDER APP?

Basically what they fell for is the tinder version of those annoying chatroom popups that used to come up on porn sites where some obviously fake message would read "hey I'm horny come see me chat now!"

They have zero game and no clue what they're even doing and they're expecting a high quality woman who would obviously have (case in point of the video) literally hundreds of options to just randomly set a date up with them through tinder as the second message in their interaction... yea it's kinda mean what she did but they are gullible af and I don't feel the slightest bit bad for them.

Well, i don't know shit about dating or Tinder.. so, whatever. Seems some of the guys figured something was weird but still wanted to see the date. Now all this desperate dating stuff is hilarious anyway but she is the one who wanted this amount of attention. Now she has the attention but didn't think it through enough. She's like one of those Youtube snowflake stars. Always the victim.

I don't feel that bad for the guys. But i certainly don't feel bad for her either. Unless things get to violent or aggressive of course.

Also, your stance on "high quality women" and who has a right to pursue them is kinda weird. Disgusting even.
People looking at relationships as a game always are the most shallow ones.

You're right, those average men should have known their place, what beautiful person could ever be interested in them.

This is a horrible outlook. it's ok to lie to and trick people for fun if they are naïve?

It's like talking calculus with a cat

you don't even have the slightest understanding of the terrain and it's very obvious

I'm not saying it's because they are average... that's a concept you're now introducing into the conversation

ya know what I don't even feel like unpacking this

Gonna invite 200 women offering the winner of a contest 1 million bucks.

But then at the end there won't be a winner, cause it'll just be a social experiment.

What are you saying then?

Because your post makes it look like they weren't smart enough to understand that a "high quality woman" (what does this even mean?) can't possibly be attracted to them based on their pictures.

"they should have known" is a terrible way of thinking, wasting peoples time and confidence is fucking dumb. its one thing to be rejected, but another to have to show up to some weird event and have people act like there is something wrong with you for wanting to go on a date for finding someone attractive on the app.

Do i feel like they should have been curious why it was weird? yea, but she is the one who tricked them, not the other way around. it was wrong, but victim blaming for ignorance is not the best way to go about this situation

>frame control
>high quality woman

yeah these guys are suckers if only they read the ebook we did and knew how to DEMONSTRATE VALUE and used kino escalation on HB8-10's instead of allowing a FEMALE to take control of the situation like some kind of passive herbivore men

I guess the actual guy behind this stunt who actually organized everything made out pretty well, since all ire for this goes to the actress he picked. At least he came on GMA with her, but she seems to be absorbing all blame here.

Stop giving attention and free publicity to terrible people. Consider hgiving that attention and publicity to people who do good or interesting things instead.

yall are a lost cause when you paint self improvement with these broad strokes

it's no surprise to see articles like this strike such nerves given the way some of you think

what she did was shitty but given how many Darwin awards are handed out in other threads on this forum for other news this thread should be no exception

Unsurprising to see so many excusing or participating in what is a likely vitriolic conversation about this woman for her having done so comparatively little. Evident in thread's OP, OP's source, and the ensuing posts.

how hot was your date? how often does this happen for you? did your date send out an obvious copy/paste message like the people who set this prank up?

I'm not saying there are any absolutes when it comes to dating or things SHOULD always go this way or that way. Anything can happen when it comes to dating. I think it's very obvious though only desperate and gullible guys fell for this though and it could have been easily avoided if they were a bit more in tune.

User banned (1 week): trolling, victim blaming, and accumulated infractions.
And there's nothing wrong with being gullible and desperate. I've taken Ls like this before too. It's part of learning and I learned from them but I'm not going to low key complain in here and paint this woman like she's some super shitty person and that these guys are all "victims" lol no... you guys are just trying to launder your misogyny. please stop overusing this phrase victim blaming. There are far more appropriate times to use it and this is not one of them...

So you're saying every guy that showed up was either desperate if gullible? You are the one that seems naive here. Do you actively date? Do you know how things work today?

Three times I think? All were pretty attractive, ended up in a relationship with one, others there was no click. Can't really remember the exact messages.
I think it's just a shitty thing to do, you're fucking with real people with real emotions.

Don't really know how this is excusable. I'm trying to understand the other side but I don't get it. Why is it OK to mess with people like that?

It's usualky acceptable to screw with certain people. For example if a cocky douchy guy gets his comeuppance the audience applauds. If a comedian decides to pick out a bro or a drunken lady in the crowd and start joking on them it's fine. It's part of the game. In this case the "losers" are the unsuspecting "thirsty" men. So it's ok to clown them. Where as this would be seen as mean and heartless to do to somebody else. Ex if a man set up a date with a bunch of lonely women he'd be killed

And I hate explaining it like this because t makes me seem like I have a problem with feminism or I'm sexist which isn't the case at all. I think it's messed up to screw with anybody like this
