It's not that having that perspective is unique (many people have watched their mothers or other women they respected fall victim to domestic abuse); it's that the idea that we should maybe not fire abusers to prevent them from getting angrier at their spouses doesn't make any sense. They'll find any excuse to do what they do. Which is why reaching out to the victims and trying to help them out is so important.

Excluding Bama/LOLville, I'd say Auburn/Washington. I'm curious how good Washington is this year, and gauging Auburn is important to me for obvious reasons.

Miami/LSU as a close second. Miami has playoff potential.

We're playing James Madison with an entirely new D-line, so if you want an FCS upset you know where to look.

I actually think Michigan wins the east finally, even though I expect them to lose one to psu or msu.

i think anOsu is the most talented team in the east but I am not sure they get the qb play and that Meeeeecheeeegan defense actually holds this year.

However all that being said I think Wiscy wins the big and gets destroyed in the playoffs.

to me the big ? This year is the PAC , like I honestly have no idea. UW wins the North but UCLA plays spoiler I feel. Total gut feel.

I am trying to figure out who Alabama loses to this year. If state wasn't in Tuscaloosa I'd be more concerned but I am only mildly concerned. Same for fAU. I feel like Bama loses 1 but still wins the SEC but not 100%.

UGA , UF and Mizzou tie for the east and some dumbshit the breaker gets Mizzou in the title game. I say that only because they have the offense to run with anyone and they just need to get back to average on D. UF still has talent but Mulllins always disappoints, and I think the UGA d takes a step back.

lastly ACC is all Clemson all the time. I think I picked VT for shits and giggles to get crushed.

and I don't care about the BIGnot12 even though I want to see TCU and West By God Virginia in a championship game .

Last night Iowa State sent out alerts that there were 4 black males with what appeared to be guns around one of the student residency complexes. Today Campbell announces that there are 4 freshman players that are indefinitely suspended. While the police have declined to release the names of the students that were caught with what turned out to be BB guns, many people around here are suspecting that the two are related.

Lol I feel you. It's just difficult to imagine we drop one to anyone that ain't Auburn. And I don't see us losing to them at home unless either our defense or our offense really drops the ball this year. Even with injuries, I expect us to have a top 10 Defense at worst, and this offense has scary potential to be Saban's best. Which would probably make it the program's best. All depends on Tua (or a Jalen that's so improved that he wins the job).

My semi-hot P5 takes- TCU wins the B12, and Arizona wins the P12 South. I really think we'll see Khalil Tate in NY this December. I have no faith in Clay Helton and the wonderkid.

If TCU has a good offense (lol what am i thinking), sure. They can give WV and maybe us, a run for their money.

Funny enough, i have Stanford winning the PAC-12. I think i have either Arizona or Washington facing them in the championship game.
