That video brings back memories of swinging around the bridge in Spider-Man 2

It kinda reminds me of The Amazing Spider-Man's Arkham-esque combat, but with far more options and way, way, way more polish.
You said that the game has fixed TOD and weather for direction purpooses and drama for the game but after you finish the game you can control TOD and weather like you want for more sandbox gameplay, something like Final Fantasy XV PLATINUM tech demo that allows you to control them to test and check the game engine capabilities. Can we do the same stuff for that particular scene after we finish the game: mimic the same TOD, sun position, weather effects, like having rain before that scene which will induce having more puddles (something like Horizon where rain causes puddles to form and then sun dries them out like in the gif I posted)?
That's a story scene, so no. It's only for free roam stuff.
I thought you could control the whole stuff after you finish the game. Not sure where they said story scenes won't. You can't be during the night while free roaming while raining (the one you chose) and then you decide to kick that scene and suddenly it becomes the scripted scene during day time and sunny (something like Mafia 3 cutscenes). Which would be very awkward. They made scenes tied to certain conditions to be more dramatic during the first play through for that reason, It would be not logical to keep things that way during second/NG+ play through. Hell that is why it is called New Game + in many games, like for exmaple GOW where you start with all your powers and weapons in story scenes too.
Cause you'd have finished the story by then, so you can't possibly see that scene anymore. Any side activity or free roam scene that plays will be affected, but story missions and the like are over with so those can't be affected.
This was a really cool video. I did notice Spidey was throwing a lot of wrestling moves in there.
