On the latest podcast it was announced that they signed a deal with Spotify. Spotify will be the exclusive home for the audio podcast. The video of the podcast will still be on Youtube but now 48hrs after it drops on Spotify (use to be 24hrs after).

The bag has been secured

YES FUCK YES GOOOOOOO JOE LOL

It's crazy how Joe Budden's podcast career is far more successful than his music career was
Lmao you right sadly tho but it's cool Im a fan of both the rapper and Podcaster
I thought he was doing something with revolt tho and is this the 1st podcast to get paid? From one of the streaming services?

And also damn I have no reason to use soundcliud no more trapo old album and now podcast was the only reason I used it oh well

Said that he wanted to sign everything with Complex but they turned him down. Now Everyday Struggle is in the shadow realm. They blew the layup.

Are you talking about the charges that were dropped or something else?

This was a dope move, is this the first Spotify third-party exclusive podcast?

Complex is so fucking stupid.
Yes they truly fucked up the moment he left everyday struggle lost everything
People still giving this abuser a platform, that's crazy
Hmm what are you referring too last I seen all chargers dropped

And I know you probably gonna say that doesn't mean he didn't hit her, true but that also doesn't mean he did hit her either

but again guilty into proven innocent with some posters on here and again I'm not referring all of this to you just stuff I've noticed with some posters

Has to be kind of a bummer when you're more successful talking about rap instead of your rapping.

Bro, i'll never understand it. Complex got in Ak's head. They should have stuck together and refused the Friday shows they weren't getting paid for. Smh.
For sure I get why am fell for it tho he was still finding his lane getting that exposure and fell for the trap

Its not up to Joe to watch over another man but if he could tried or maybe he get him and am to negotiate together instead complex used that divide and conquer and conquered themselves

But I do wonder who getting cursed out at complex right now lol

Supposedly him and Char tried to talk some sense into him and warn him, but like you said, he's a grown man.

If complex ain't have Sean Evans, they would have nothing.

Complex probably told him they'd make him the star when Joe leaves and he became the star of nothing lol. Man that sucks tho, they had great chemistry him and joe. Funny thing is tho, without complex I don't think the podcast would have gotten so big so quickly slot of lol went there after everyday struggle shut happened complex helped build a monster indirectly

that's the most Joe Budden ass promo pic I've ever seen

as a soundcloud listener this bugs me but at least it's still free and the video uploads are still going to happen
I feel ha but I only went to SoundCloud for two reasonsnow both those are gone and so am I

Yeah, Joe was smart. He immediately leveraged all the attention from the show and turned his podcast into one of the biggest in rap.

Ak turning his twitch career into something, though. Getting mentioned by big youtubers and all that shit. Glad theyre getting their money even at the cost of one rap's best shows.

No you can listen to it free in there it just might have as breaks tho I'm not sure but that was Joe primarily reason for Spotify was because it offered a free tier so you'll be good without premium

Charlamange has trash co-hosts, can't get into Andrew or whatever his name is. His quick collab with Joe was decent but Charlamange really just shines on the breakfast club imo

When did y'all start listening to the podcast?

I first got into it when he left Everyday Struggle to hear his side of the story then got hooked.

Proud of Joe budden. This is one the few things he has really stayed committed to in his life. Literally. And all his hardwork paid off. I was there from day 1 with this podcast.

Literally day 1, episode 1. He started it when I had long commutes to work and I checked it out out of curiosity. And shit was engaging/hilarious from the start.

What was amazing in the very early times of his podcast is he had talked about his old like middle school crush who he was not able to get with. Then on a later episode they actually found her and brought her on. It was amazing

Budden put out constantly amazing music for over a decade, and finally gets 'popular' after he retires making more. Sad times. He was my favourite rapper, but I have no interest in his podcast.
