Just for paying off Trump's women though right? THere's a bunch of other crimes he committed. This isnt all of them.

If he's not spilling anything not sure how much to get excited over this. He'll probably just get a pardon or minimal jail time.

No, you've read it wrong. There are 18 counts in total, they've only reached a verdict on 8 of them, leaving 10 pending.
We need an increasingly nervous picture for you guys that have been doing this since the beginning. Before all the indictments, pleas, grand juries, and subpoenas. Each and every one along the way still steadily saying "Nothingburger" in one form or another.
Edit: Looks like Manafort might happen soon. So lets add "verdicts" to that list of absolutely total nothingburgers.... lol.

My understanding is that a plea deal is just an agreement between the defendant and the prosecutor in which the defendant agrees to plea guilty in exchange for dropped or reduced charges.
The thing about this is that nobody fucking cares about Cohen he's small fry compared to Trump and the prosecutor should be ashamed for even agreeing to a plea deal.

Typically reduced charges for saying "I am guilty of 1, 2 and 3." It saves the prosecution of having to prove everything at a trial and avoid other possible problems that a court case can bring up.
