I thought there finally was going to be a sequel to this masterpiece:

Maybe next time...

You ever get that feeling like "Hey, how is THQ Nordic doing so much and outputting so little?"

And you ever get that feeling they'll be closed in 6 years and the stories will be amazing?

Hopefully Sunset Overdrive too, it was rated in Korea and we haven't heard anything since then.

Didn't they publish the Steam version of Quantum Break?

Not really unprecedented for them.

That reads more to me like Microsoft Studios is publishing them on Steam (as they have with other games before), while THQ Nordic is handling the retail releases.

Oh nice!

The service heavy titles missing is expected, but here's hoping the rest of the flock make it to steam

For a second, I got all excited that somebody might be bringing Blue Dragon & Lost Odyssey to PC.

Just need the Rare Collection and Sunset Overdrive.

Would love for more people to enjoy, but..

Rare Replay consists of a lot of 360 Backwards compatible games. Basically: Banjo1, Banjo2, Banjo NB, PerfectDark, Perfect DarkZero and the Viva Pinata Games. The rest seems possible to port over, but for the other ones it would be pretty difficult i guess.

Insomniac commented on a pc port and it seems that they coded the game in a way for console specific hardware (someone correct me if i'm wrong). The X enhancement is difficult, let alone the pc port.

Even some Kinect titles when the accessory is pretty much a relic of the past? Bold move.

I don't get it, why can't they do it themselves? They already release their games on PC. If anything, they're losing more money than they should.

I'm not a pc player, but you should definitely check out Recore if possible. Worth the price imo with some amazing platforming gameplay. The dlc is also pretty solid. Cheers!

Unlikely to happen, but I wanna see Rare Replay get brought over if this initiative continues.

I just built a PC, have no interest in an Xbox, and grew up with an N64, but strangely no Banjo. Would love to give those games plus others a shot

Nice. ReCore is a very flawed game with some of the best-feeling movement in a third-person title and interesting platforming sections. Worth a try at a discount price.

If you haven't played Recore, I'd say give it a fair shot. I ended up enjoying it, it's not AAA but its a pretty solid game that definitely deserves a sequel.

I played it on a launch model xbox one. Half of the problem was how bad it looked and performed, so getting it on steam would fix a lot of that (and finally being able to mod it and use things like reshade, which UWP blocks) but the game itself didn't exactly blow me away either. It is definitely the best game on this list though, that's why I used that gif to sum up my feelings lol.

I was personally hoping for stuff like Gears 4 and FH3. Maybe they'll come eventually!

So I'm a bit confused. Why doesn't MS publish these themselves? Is it because they're older and don't want to, or do they not publish on Steam? ReCore is relatively new, I would think MS would want to publish that themselves rather than share the profits.

I'm extra down for this if we manage to get Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon re-releases.
