I saw this was on sale for $30 and was curious about the port. I remember reading that it had some issues, but I can't rememver what the issues were or if they have been fixed. Would appreciate it if anyone had any info on that.

No problems on my side. Played it, completed it and had some good laughs while playing it...for me it was worth the asking price

Will also buy stick of truth day one

I gotta rep for TFBW's Switch port here. That was a great game and a sound port. Any issues it has (and I had a few) are overblown. Best Buy has the Switch edition on sale regularly enough at $40, and I can't recommend it enough.

I'll probably skip SoT but I will buy TFBW's season pass once I am done with Octopath Traveler. Don't sleep on it folks.

I know I've posted in a few other threads regarding this topic and I'm happy to keep saying it: TFBW is a great game and a great game for Switch in particular. I really enjoyed it and I did not feel compromised at all by playing it on Switch.

Bugs were fixed, and even then the game could be finished without the patch (had no issues). I'll vouch for it.

Whoa what? It's $30? On eShop? I actually had it preordered for PS4 and then it got cancelled when they moved the game and I never ended up picking it up. At this point I'd rather play on Switch but I don't want to pay full for it. For $30 I might pick it up to play later.

Forgive the slightly off topic post, but I wish the Adventure Time rpg was made with as much care, depth, and polish as the South Park rpgs. I played a good bit of Fractured But Whole but it has been a good decade since I've kept up with South Park and the series just isn't quite for me anymore. Still, the production values and utilization of the IP are top notch.

Were the creators of Adventure Time involved with development of the RPG?

One of the reasons the two AAA South Park games are so good is because Matt & Trey are heavily involved in the games and won't let them get released without being up to their standards.
