The Mega Man X credits are hilarious. All of the bosses are credited as if they're actors

That's not an X-exclusive thing. Most games in the franchise have a cast call, and it's not really supposed to be played up for laughs. In the Classic NES games specifically, they credit the individual Robot Master designers as well, since the designers were fans who submitted their own boss drawings to Capcom for a chance at being included in future games.

Here's something even better: In X2 and X3, the Maverick cast calls were accompanied by the boss' power levels to give you an idea just how powerful they were in relation to one another:

The end credits of KH3D. Trying to hunt down the right letters was awesome.
People are underestimating this game alot imo.

Platinum Games in general have a recap of the more iconic fights throughout the Game in the Credits, so theres that but Bayo 1 and W101 probably are the best ones.

Besides that DMC4 also did that and had an absolute banger playing in the background while you defend Kyrie.

Super Monkey Ball had a little mini-game where the names were obstacles that you maneuvered around to collect bananas. I'm not sure I'd call it entertaining, but it was more entertaining than simply staring at names.

Is this one too obvious to even post?

Absolutely not. It's always good to acknowledge the king.

Blur has beautiful credits scene for the first 2 minutes

Also FlatOut credits were cool because they showed concept art and in-development screenshots of the game so it was entertaining to look at for a fan of the game.

I remember Flower having playable end credits with a trophy attached to getting all the names. Was a neat way to get people to see the names.
