Can you play Seasonal on PS4 while offline? If you can't, and the Switch version is the same (meaning you can't do Seasonal while on the go and with no Wi-Fi), then I'd be pretty disappointed.
It is the other way around. There is only one game that uses the app.
It's the type of game that can have you spending thousands of hours mindlessly grinding over and over... and absolutely loving it. Which is an excellent type of game for handheld play.
I'm excited! I'm way more into this than if it was an Overwatch/Hearthstone port. Diablo 3 would work wonderfully on Switch.
Hmm, I didn't know that. I thought it ran at 30 FPS on last gen.
It was fun. Nintendo is clearly happy they're finally getting something from Blizzard again.

Lot of late ports are selling well on the Switch. Also, Blizzard haven't released games on a Nintendo platform for around 15 years.

Reggie does it a lot though, he word a Samus pin before FF, Samus Returns and Prime 4 were announced.
From those short clips, the framerate did not look too good, though the video itself is only 30fps. I just have a feeling it's not going to run great. L

Blizzard hasn't been on a Nintnedo console since the GBA to the best of my knowledge, it's a huge deal. Just as big as Bethesda porting over Skyrim (which eventually led to more games)
This will probably be the Skyrim of this year for the Switch. I think it'll do really well and resonate with the audience. Hell im getting it probably.

I am not a big Diablo but I did play through the story once on PC and PS4. I never continue beyond that however.
I'm still excited for this and will gladly pay full price.

It targets 60fps on 360 and PS3, it will target 60fps on Switch too.
He loves to tease, that's for sure. But I think it's just related to the Zelda cosmetics in Diablo 3. And to his love for Zelda.
(But I do think Skull Kid will be a newcommer in Smash)
Honestly, if this just looks like the 360/PS3 versions, that's fine with me. I played the hell out of this game on PS3 and it felt great. As long as it's 60fps.

Lol to be fair those ports came out in the tail end of the gen so you can't blame people for forgetting. Where those 30 or 60 FPS? I had the 360 version but I cant remember.
To be fair, the video itself is weird. Right from the CG cutscene, the framerate is all choppy. There's no way of saying how well the game will run based on this.
That said, it'll definitely be 60fps as a base, like all the other versions, there's no question. Resolution and framerate dips when the action gets busy are the true unknown.
Adventure Mode, which is the best part of the game, unlocks after completing the story (which I found terrible when compared to previous entries in the series)
It'll be out either before or after Dark Souls and run at somewhere between 1fps and 1000fps.
That's what I hear and I never bothered continuing after the story so I might as well jump in. I think the Switch version could be the one I finally play Adventure mode on.
