For those that didn't click through it's been shut down because the didn't have a license to broadcast, not because of the content they were broadcasting.

I expect the "free speech" spin to start up any time, especially since it was a government agency that did it(never mind it's well within the FCC's jurisdiction to shut down illegal radio broadcasts, and something they do on a routine basis).
