I do LOL, except Geno is a genuinely interesting design even though he's constantly seen as edgy like I said.
Linkle is just a deviantart-level female Link design made by the obsessed-with-girl Musou guys. No wonder the game's only original designs include only women such as Lana and Cia.
I'm down for Wonder Red as a playable character because I enjoyed the concept of the game. But my goodness, it was not fun.
This is false info. Golden Plains isn't a 2D stage. Perhaps 2D stages gain a Z axis, but Golden Plains isn't proof of that.

The stage's low ceiling probably didn't help.
or possibly buffed with the new mechanics and edgeguarding. Either way shes unanimously considered the strongest in the game still at least from the demo.
How does that compare to Smash 4? Not including Smash 4's DLC. Was it Greninja too?

Because I'd expect Toads to change colors based on Peach's design. Since they went the echo route and created Daisy's model entirely, why not go the extra mile and make Toad into Toadette or Toadsworth anyway? Even a Goomba or Koopa would be fun too.
Pokemon XY came out in 2013 and Smash came out in 2014...so it was Greninja.
I think the reason Mute City isn't back is because how are you going to do 8-player matches on that small area lol, unless they make it wider.

Same thing applies to Impa or anything HW related. If they're using Impa, they'll make her reflect her Skyward Sword version. Then the roster would encapsulate pretty much every 3D Zelda to date, specially if Skull Kid happens too.
Real shame Rainbow Road on 3DS didn't return, that's the only missing level besides Pac-Maze...and Rainbow road would have looked gorgeous. I'm still pulling for it.

The fact none of the spin offs decided to actually grab hold of E Gadd is so weird. Scrapped for a Mario Kart ist he closest he's come to being used for more than set dressing and even as set dressing he's not used that often.

I can't think of any good reason to cut either of them. Pac-Maze is so iconic for the Pac-Man series and Rainbow Road is probably the best Mario Kart themed stage

pac-maze is like the only one who had a gimmick specific to 3ds screens and I guess they didnt want to rework it
Rainbow Road I think comes down to not wanting to remake the course in full. THey already did that with Port Town Aero Drive, can't imagine they're in a hurry to add Rainbow Road to the work load. I bet that's why Mute City Melee didn't make the cut either.

Out of all the 3DS-exclusive stages, yeah I would agree. The most impressive update overall though was Corneria (an update that I somehow managed to predict before E3); these look like two completely different stages:
I'm honestly thrilled that so many 3DS stages are returning and getting beautiful visual upgrades. I thought they were a lot better than Wii U's new stages.
I'd still be just as happy if it were just Magicant TBH. That stage was the best.
I can only hope that they're revamping a few stages to the point where they are basically completely new. The 3DS's Mute City being titled "Mute City (SNES)" gives me hope that there are still more to come. Perhaps they're completely redesigning Melee's Mute City to be something more compelling and/or accurate to the source material (The original was really bland in my opinion.) Maybe they're swapping Rainbow Roads and putting in MK8's N64 Rainbow Road. And, I can only pray that Pac-Maze is getting some sort of overhaul. They had to know that Pac-Land was not well received at all, and they surely know that Pac-Maze is THE setting for Pac-Man.

K.rool.is slightly bigger than bowser, who is bigger than dedede.
Lana's design looks like she could come from Fire Emblem or any other anime, she doesn't really fit Zelda.
She's literally r63 Link. You can't get much more deviant art than that.
The loss of the only DKCR level is also sad, as well as Wooly World. And Orbital Gate not returning when Sakurai said he spent 1 year making that level on Wii-U is bizarre.

I don't know who came up with the idea for Magicant, but I'm glad they did. It's a top 5 Smash stage. Love the vibe.
It's not just if they're good to play on, it's the representation. I also liked playing on all of them myself.
Yeah... If I had to fill in all six empty spaces with missing past stages, it'd be Pac-Maze, Rainbow Road, Jungle Hijinx, Woolly World, Poke Floats, and Mute City.
Fun Fact: the only newcomer seen in another newcomer's trailer gameplay has been Inkling in K Rool's.
Simon & Richter dont fight Ridley or Inkling, Ridley doesnt fight Inkling & K Rool doesnt fight Simon or Ridley. None of the echoes show up in any of the trailers (aside from Richter in Simon's for obvious reasons)
Might have been on purpose so they're more free to show trailers in different orders if needed. Echoes especially could be revealed in any order if needed. K Rool's intro does have Samus vs Ridley, but that string of motion comics would be easily to clip out of the rest of the trailer if they really wanted to show k rool before ridley.
