NoWith Nintendo, feels like your account is always in flux. Didn't they scrap an entire account system with a ton of peoples games on there, and just switch to something else, just because?

Where/why would you see all of your Wii purchases on your Switch? You don't see all your PS3 purchases on your PS4Ohh, so if I buy a switch, I should see all my Wii purchases on there?

You can look up purchase history on the Nintendo website, yes. Google if you want to find out how.

I don't know. Google. I was originally responding to your question of being able to see Wii purchases on your Switch, which I know you can't do. Beyond that, Nintendo customer service is much more equipped than I am.Right, so my Wii ID that I made on the Wii and bought games on, is the same ID system as the Switch, correct?

1 account carries my Wii games and will carry my switch games when I get a switch, correct? (skipped wiiu)
No, your Wii games are tied to your account AND your Wii.Right, so my Wii ID that I made on the Wii and bought games on, is the same ID system as the Switch, correct?

Yeah, this is me.Trophies are awesome when they are random. Lol that's why I love getting them. When they come outta nowhere... that's the best.
Right, and I was responding to the user who said that they are the same account.
I know the switch one is called a nintendo account, and the wiiu one is called an nintendo id......
I don't even know what the wii one is called.
Thats why nintendos online IID service is so complicated.
The sticker system would have been perfect if they'd rolled that out across the board. It's definitely an incentive to choose games on PS4, I was really disappointed Nintendo didn't decide to offer a comparable system this generation.
What a badass over here. Did you discover sex while reading about your little super heroes?I used to be into trophies and achievements but then I discovered sex.
I was trying to get the Warhawk platinum and my girlfriend had enough, threw my ps3 out the window, and pulled out my box of MAGNUM condoms. What a badass over here. Did you discover sex while reading about your little super heroes?
Well, I think that have to INSTALL a game on console is a backward thing. The lack of a useless feature is not something people call "backwards".
Game by game for me. If I think it's a Platinum I will get or just a rewarding Trophy list, I'm going PS4. If I just want to tinker with some indie or think it's going to be a great plane game, I'm on Switch. So i don't know about anyone else, but when there is a PS4 version and a Switch version of a game coming out and the PS4 version isn't Pro enhanced, i still find myself leaning more towards the PS4 version.
Wii did not had an account system.Ohh, so if I buy a switch, I should see all my Wii purchases on there?
The best post in this thread.I used to be into trophies and achievements but then I discovered sex.
Not irrelevant anymore. Trophies are worth free points/cash now to get games from Sony Rewards. Nintendo not providing that type of benefit is less pro-consumer actually.No.
Nintendo should not do an irrelevant thing to an irrelevant niche.
The majority of players do not like to have "something" telling them how to play a game.
You are wrong, this do not change anything. Not irrelevant anymore. Trophies are worth free points/cash now to get games from Sony Rewards. Nintendo not providing that type of benefit is less pro-consumer actually.
Whether or not they affect the game doesn't take away the aspect of how Sony is now giving rewards for them, which is pro-consumer, as I said. I never said they are the life and blood of a game nor a factor in the game's design. You are wrong, this do not change anything.
If you remove these trophies, the games are still playable. So they are irrelevant superfluous thing (in a superfluous medium).
Not having them are not "less pro-consumer", like the fact that you need to install a game is.
People need to learn the differences between something useless that they like with something that hinders the game.
