Very timely topic. I've been dwelling on this very idea while on a K-Revenge Movie kick this past several days. I really can't answer.

Only time I'd "get revenge" is if someone put their hands on my wife or child. Other than that my best revenge is living my life well without thinking about them and casually hearing about how they fucked up and not caring enough about them to even care either way.

Yes, in as much as I support someones right to seek revenge if they want to. Would I seek revenge? Probably not for myself, but maybe for someone I loved.

Yes, I dont think about it too much, but if I see a quick work-free opportunity for a little payback im gonna take it.

The whole "living blabla Is the best revenge" thing Is really efective too, but only if you are out there showing off, which kinda makes you a dick.

Really depends. I can take a lot of shit. But if it's bad enough, yes, of course I do.

Same reason I would support the death penalty if we had some magical way to have 100% accuracy. But we don't. The whole system is a joke, so we can't have a death penalty. Not because some people don't deserve to die - they do. But because we may get the wrong person.

Nobody wants to admit they believe in revenge until a family member is murdered in cold blood.

As long as it doesn't sacrifice my quality of life and I don't lose sleep over it, yeah. I'm in for some passive aggressive revenge that usually takes place in the form of ostentatious flexing.

Staying angry at someone and plotting vengeance only really hurts yourself in the long run. You are the one that can't sleep or focus, while the other person doesn't care. And when you get revenge, you then fear retaliation. If someone does something wrong to me that's a big enough deal to warrant attention, I simply report it to a manager, or the law. Let them handle it however they like.

I like to annoy people as revenge, nothing violent or mean spirited. I feel like that way I have fun and don't feel terrible afterwards.

Revenge is a lower self desire which will keep you miserable and a person without inner growth. A person who seeks revenge is not a happy person.

I can't say I'm completely above it though. I'm not really sure. I haven't been in a position where I would do it but deep down I feel like my heart is in the right place so I would try to avoid blame and revenge in action form but my mind would be stirring with wanting to do it.

Revenge is good as long as it's worth it. Sometimes you just gotta take the L in the grand scheme of things.

Best revenge is making the other party feel bad while not doing anything that makes you feel bad.

Also, as always, revenge is a dish best served cold.

Getting revenge is the best feeling ever.

Usually that revenge takes shape in the form of you just living your best life, but I've torn some hearts asunder in retaliation as well.

Just depends on the context and whether the revenge is an equal measure, or going too far.

Let's just say that if I were the McDonald's brothers and ray Kroc pulled that shit with me... I'd be getting my 1% residuals or he'd be in the bottom of a fucking lake.

If revenge means doing something unethical that compromises my integrity, then I would have to say 'no.'

Im not really the revenge type, but I understand why people would seek it.

For me, I'm very generous to new people I meet. Once they have burned me, they become shit to me and I treat them that way. No longer do I go out my way, make things easy, or bother communicating with them.

It's best for me and easier to just cut these people out, family or friends.

Revenge is barbaric. Sure it feels good on a primal instinct level but ultimately just makes the world a worse place.
