And that is 38th game done. I enjoyed AC Chronicles: India more than i thought i will. There was good amount of variety between missions, i liked platforming and sneaking, visuals were nice too. I only kinda didn't enjoy in OST.

Now comes the worst part again, finding what to play next XD

Where's the lowest place to find a pre-order for Ass Creed: Odyssey? Lowest I can find is GMG at 54$. I know they had a "sale" during the summer where it was up for 50$ only but I wasn't sure if I wanted the game at that time.

If you have 100 uPlay Points you should be able to preorder it in the uPlay Store for 20% off ~48€.

I do but in my local currency (Pakistani Rupees) 54 USD is less expensive than 48€.

And for some reason, Ubisoft messed up what was otherwise very good regional pricing on Steam. With new games going from 44$ at launch to all new games being 57$.

Uhh, I just won a key from a raffle on July 22nd. I entered for it but must have been on giftbot's cool down. No one said it would distribute the key so late after the fact, and does that mean that no one else entered for the key? And does this put me on cool down again? What a weird system.

During an unfortunate period of my life where I was still watching anime, I checked that out and finished it, but came out of it really underwhelmed after a friend sang its praises. There was just no tension in it at all, because Akagi was just some stone-faced guy who would never lose, so it never mattered how much the stakes were raised. I suppose it didn't help that I didn't and still don't understand a lick of mahjong.

I see Akagi being unbeatable as more of him trolling people than anything. Everyone tries to outdo him one way or another but nope, he keeps that stone cold face throughout and comes out on top.

I thought with Twitch you only need the client to download the games, then you can delete it and launch the games however you want. Don't think the games are tied to requiring their launcher currently.

Twitch and now seemingly discord not supporting Linux even though a lot of their games have Linux versions is so annoying, and the reason why I'll only use them for free stuff. Will prefer to stick to Steam, GOG and Itch instead.

I definitely want the new Doom but I simply will not buy any games on a client barely even capable of the bare minimum and still showing plenty of issues, lack of features, questionable support and long term direction as well as no customer protections.

I don't care how good the game, on such a client it's a non-starters so I'd skip the game. There are plenty of things to spend my money on that would be more worthwhile.

It just isn't an issue for me to skip even my favourite games if there is the potential I can't even use the thing the way I would want.

Bethesda has a long way to go if they wanna be taken seriously. I actually don't mind there being other clients. But you need to put in a serious effort and not just the bare-minimum.

Yeah, that is about how I would rank - and that is a diabolical state of affairs.

Publisher centric services like this still to this day being so poor really speaks volumes. Of that list, only GOG gets semi regular use thanks to there being relatively few issues getting the game installer and running the the with what I want - but even then there is so much lacking that is rare for me to purchase much from them.

I barely use Origin and Uplay to this day and it remains the reason why I don't buy most of their games at all, and even then it is only when the game cost is disposably low

Started on KH Re:Chain of Memories on PS4 - finished Traverse Town and on Floor 2 on Sora's Story - lv 6

Started on Karakara 2 on Steam/PC - its kinda confusing there's a new game 0.3 and a new game 0.4 but no idea what the difference is and I tried searching online but cant find any details on it. On "Episode 3" according to the game.

Started on inFamous on PS3 - have to say, its interesting, but damn didnt expect the visuals to look as rough as it was. Game looks like a pseudo PS2/PS3 game rather than an actual PS3 game. Regardless, gameplay seems fun so far. I'm on mission 2. I got to the end of Mission 2 but thought by saving the game mid mission would get me back where i left off so now I gotta do mission 2 again when I play again l0l.

Yup we need to start exercising some restraint if we care enough about this problem. I haven't bought an origin game since ME3 and I only have 1 uplay key and it was from my GPU last month (not counting steam related uplay stuff). W10 store? Removed it from my taskbar and I've never opened it.

If they try this shit with doom and rage then I'll just rent them on pro/X or get them used. Keywords being rent and used, because despite my love for Beth's single player stuff this gen and knowing how bad they struggle in sales, I don't reward companies who try to screw me. I'm very vengeful that way.

The gameplay reveal highlighting the difference between control methods was an eye opener. It's practically a different kind of game with kb/m. I wouldn't switch to console after seeing that.

And yeah, if I have to, I'll pick it up on another client.

I played 2 campaign missions of Settlers 2 Anniversary on GOG. One of the few games I've actually bought there.
Would buy again on Steam if Ubi put it up there, 3 and 4 as well.

I play it with a controller either way. It was easily doable on PS4.

I really dislike how they misled people with that Doom 2 presentation though. The way they played during the controller part had very little to do with the controller and more with the player. They were purposely standing still and shooting enemies and not moving around all that much. I played Doom on PS4 a lot closer to their kb/m footage than the controller. Aiming is faster on a mouse but when you choose not to move that's on the player.

Voidu has Resident Evil 2 preorder up now so be ready when their next 30% off hits to get it for what will likely be the lowest price til release.

They also have Mega Man 11 and the X collections.
