Shame they don't using id tech engine. So far so good at this point.
No, you're stuck with generic dude #827654
They should've embarced the wackiness and gone full Saints Row with it. Let me create-a-creator and then let me pick from a selection of voices for them. What a shame. I mean, maybe the protagonist is actually good? Because that was certainly not the case with the original Rage. If you're going to have a generic character, it's better to be a player made generic character...
Doom footage looked good but more of the same. Still seems to be arena style combat which I found tiring. I was also hoping to see some improvements to the gunplay but it's looks the same. I'll really need to play it to know that though. 2016 gunplay I found underwhelming. Rage 2 also seems to have a lot more variety. How? I think the combat in DOOM looks leagues ahead in termps of mobility, speed, options, gunplay, level design and enemy variety.
I don't know. Maybe a better advance id tech update for open world support. Why would they use a not open world engine for an open world game?
Wow, i thought this game was going to focus heavily on multiplayer. Hearing this makes me even more interested.
