Super excited for this game. The destruction looks so good. As someone who loved Quantum Break's time abilities, I have no doubt Remedy is going to nail these telekinesis powers, at least from what we have seen so far.

Remedy don't get enough credit for their tech work. Some of the asset, lighting, material and physics based tech at play here is absolutely sensational.

I'm really looking forward to Control!

Finished Quantum Break a few hours ago.

I just hope Control will be properly optimized this time, one of my worst experiences. I liked the trailer and how they talk about the game in their videos, but I can't ignore this is same engine.

Well, PC for me, I have neither Ps4 or XBO lol
That might change, but I think my PC will be my main gaming machine (along my Switch) even then.

My goodness! These comments ...
I don't use Twitter, is it always like this?

@Question: That depends on the quality of the port. But most likely Pro, because I have no X or PC.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Interestingly enough, it seemed like an equal split up until yesterday night between the three (PS4, Xbox, PC) but today Xbox took off.

Edit: Still One X as the answer but had the thread for the new Velocity game and this open.

Looking forward to see what changes in gameplay style after Quantum Break.

Please tell me the weapons are properly animated with bullet casings falling to the ground and all in this game.

In Quantum Break the character didn't even pull the magazine out of the gun while reloading. So horrible and disappointing. Especially for a Remedy game.

Depends on pc port optimization, if its like Quantum Break then no buy at all

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you... I love Remedy's games and really wanted to finish QB but I kept running into bugs that would just hard lock the game, nevermind the general bad performance. I'm running it on a 6700k/1080ti and it runs pretty poorly

This game looks insane art direction wise, i'm really intrigued by how and what you guys will do in order to make us feel engaged with all this straight lines and clean architecture going on non stop...parallel planes/dimensions? Heavy paranormal activities?

The more i see about this game more curious and promising this one gets.
Congratulations Remedy you got me hyped af!

Indecisive between xbox one x and pc. There won't be a play anywhere type of deal? Made the decision easier with Quantum Break =)

Morning beautiful people. Let us know on which platform you are most likely to get Control when it launches in 2019 :)

PC if I get to build a proper computer before it, otherwise Ps4pro.
Didn't the Remedy engine have already implemented a sort of ray tracing technique in it?
Quantum Break on PC at ultra showed some advanced tech in that regard!
Screen space reflections/GI, if my memory serves me correctly.

This looks so awesome but I doubt my PC can handle all that sweet stuff that's going on on high/60fps (i5/GTX970) and console versions are out of question as I don't think they will feature stable 60fps (and I want to play this with a mouse anyway).

This reminds me of how much I loved the shooting in Max Payne when it first came out. The shooting itself was great in MP1+2 but the effects and physics elevated it into another level. Like in MP2, the intro when you shoot one of the first enemies and he flies against the shelf and all those tins or bottles or whatever was on there fall down.

Never played Quantum Break.

Looks great. Haven't played a Remedy game I haven't enjoyed- for as far back as I can remember. (Death Race?). The only concern I have- we have Alan Wake, QB with semi open stories still. Hopefully this either has a solid enough conclusion and whatnot- my heart can't take another story left untold lol.
