Yeah, I got into two matches which seemed more or less identical to the PS4 version. I wanted to see how handheld mode ran, but got kicked out before I could even undock the damn thing lol
After a couple test from other consoles especially from PS4, you would think they actually improved it after their previous network test. But no, it's still horrible and they still encounter these issues on a game that is already released in other platforms.
Handheld mode runs smooooth. Yeah the sever issues are whack, but it seems to play really well when you're in a match.
The full game doesn't need this online BS right? I would play it for story mode.

The story wasnt that good but the interactions was great.
You get to see Cell roast Yamcha for one, the only real problem is that outside those interactions it really feels like a chore to play.

I'm guessing the reason they never put the offline mode in the betas is because they want people to be playing online.
There's no training mode or story or arcade mode in the beta so an offline lobby isn't going to have anything to offer.

There's a tutorial mode in the beta. Access to that while offline would be beneficial.
Help, it absolutely refuses to go into a lobby, I am playing in handheld mode and therefor not plugged up to a cable but i have all my bars and no other online game has ever had it so bad that I cant even get into a lobby, this is ridiculous
Lol this is par for course really. It was the same on ps4 and xbox one when I tried it there. I'm not surprised at all that it isn't working right now lol. I wanna see what it looks like in handheld mode tho so this needs to fix up. Any offline stuff like before when servers were down?
I can still play a limited offline mode on the Blazblue Demo.

Marvel vs Capcom Infinite still has one of the best netcodes of all freaking time.
I didn't play MvC: I but I got burned by SFV and USF IV. Those two had a terrible netcode.
