Are we arrogant in thinking humans even matter when it comes to climate?

Nah you havent. You have posted no sources and no analysis, just some random thoughts and charts you pulled from some dubious place on the internet.
You have no context or understanding of how to use those magical charts you are bringing out. You cannot be talked to because your ignorance on this subject and how science operates is so evident. It is funny to laugh at you, which is what we are doing, it is not worth our time to engage with your ideas.
Your boss doesn't want to do anything about climate change and is just back filling in reasons so he doesn't have to do anything. "Might not be us" "so what the climate always changes", etc.
You aren't fighting an intellectual position but an attitude so don't bother thinking you'll ever change things with an argument.

My thoughts are that it's absolutely arrogant to think that my completely uneducated and uninformed thoughts about climate change matter compared to the collective scientific consensus of thousands of highly educated and informed climate change experts.

I was just trying to raise a discussion. And an interesting one in my opinion. But clearly you care too much (not a bad thing).
What argument? That science can't explain the CO2 increase something 15 million years does not mean that science can't explain the CO2 increase right now. We have data showing anthropological co2 trumps everything.

You have horrible opinions on what qualifies as an "interesting" or "valuable" discussion.
What side of the argument is that? The only other side you have presented is that even if we are making things hotter it doesn't matter because people are insignificant in the grand scheme of things. That argument is pointless and can be used to argue that nothing matters in this life.
