It is PC only. First time we hear about console ports since the kickstarter (didn't reach the ports stretch goal), it's nice considering the first came out on everything under the sun minus xbox.

If you've never been to Microsoft's visitors center, this event is hosted there and is a fun excuse to blow through and check out the general-public merch store. Full of weird stuff. (I took a bunch of photos around Christmastime last year, linky linky. Includes the weird "history of Microsoft" exhibit, as well.)

Also makes for shorter lines for some of these games than what you'll find at PAX, but still, expect to wait a while even for less popular fare. Bring a Switch!

Wargroove has been teasing me for over a year, since I first saw it on a Nindie Direct. I need that game.

Generation Zero, Tunic and Starbound. Need them all.

(Bummed that Riverbond isn't on that particular list. That is another ID@Xbox game I've had my eye on for a while now.)

KEMCO is on a mission to bring every one of their games over, huh. They single handedly going to have a monopoly on the systems JRPGs

I attended this last year. Not a bad way to spend an evening and you actually get to play some games without ridiculous wait-times like in PAX proper. Last year, they had dev kit Xbox One X consoles playing a good mix of AAA and indie games. They also had a section for Windows MR, a little spin-wheel indie game giveaway / prize thing (my wife and I got Cursed Maldita and Necrodancer). Campus is fairly nice and easy to access if you shuttle, parking is...less pleasant...if you drive yourself. PSA: Not to sound like a jerk, but please wear deodorant, be clean, wash your hands. Lots of people seem to forget that hygiene is important, especially in a crowd and the PAX plague/smell is real.

Great opportunity for people able to attend. Wish new Raw Fury games like Sable and Night Call were present. Sable made such a good first impression. Hyped for Below, Ashen and Ori too.

Ashen and Below again playable. Please give me a releasedate. :(

I'm so excited for these games but I worry they've missed a solid release window for them, both are supposed to be coming out end of the year at the latest but September onwards it's absolutely stacked, A month as quiet August is currently would have been perfect for either of these to be released.

The Visitor Center was recently overhauled too! All the same great stuff, but it's now bigger, with more variety and such.

How recently? Like, since late December?
Yep! Just reopened in the last month or two.

In the company store there is no longer an employees-only section. Employees still get a discount, but the discount happens with your badge at the register, and everyone is able to purchase everything in the store. And since they got rid of the employees-only section, the whole store is a bit bigger.

I think the visitor center also got some updates at the same time. The entire building was closed for ~5-6 months.
