I believe that government/intelligence agencies have had a hand in influencing pop culture. Bordering on social engineering.

I don't think they are choosing the Billboard Hot 100 or rigging Rotten Tomatoes scores, but I think there are probably factions in the CIA or MI6 that intermingle with Hollywood and music producers.
I definitely believe this. If the CIA went out of their way to bankroll the Abstract Art movement (in order to promote Western freedom of expression vs Soviet repression) it wouldn't surprise me if they meddle with pop culture.

Look at the US "gangster rap" boom and political hysteria in the late 80s/early 90s, which was followed shortly thereafter by mass incarceration and the '94 Crime Bill. The rich execs made a killing off the gangsta music, while their peers made a killing off of locking up those scary Black criminals.

Bruh, did we smoke weed together in high school? LOL

Don't get me started on all the country music propaganda while W was president...

I thought about this for a while before writing this.

I believe I'm a p-zombie.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophical_zombie

Most philosophers assume that we don't exist, while some even argue that we cannot possibly exist. I, on the other hand, find claims to things like consciousness, qualia and the like incoherent and ultimately uninteresting. The intuitive feeling of a homunculus, it seems to me, is just a neat trick to keep the organism in the self-preservation business.

So I'm not really conscious, it's just a habit of thinking. You may be conscious, but I'm inclined to deny that I am until I see a compelling reason to assume otherwise.

That the Pope (including previous Popes) is the leader of the world largest child peadofile ring. All preists are in on it.

There's a reason why the church protects any preist that gets caught having sex with little boys.

You have to consider the age of the universe too though. Humans have been around for about a million years, at most. We won't be around forever. What if another intelligent species did in fact live somewhere out there, but they were all wiped out by lack or resources or war or any number of cosmic catastrophes a billion years ago? To me, that seems far more likely than the idea that there is another intelligent species out there right now.
Rofl at a million years of humanity dude wtf

If WiFi and radio signals are possible then there is absolutely no reason to believe our brains (and by extension our bodies) aren't capable of remote data transfer, however limited.

We are alone in the universe. Not forever tho, I often think the reason we dont encounter other intelligent species is because we are the first ineligent beings in the universe. I mean, some one has to be the first and there really isnt a reason why it cant be us.

That we are in a simulation but the rules / laws of physics provided for our simulation makes it impossible to prove that it is indeed a simulation.

How else would you explain that messed up things keep happening?

I can't really think of what the difference between the idea of us being in a simulation and us being in a physical reality would be. At a certain point they're probably one in the same.

This but Paul Schneider. Dude just disappeared after Parks and Rec season 2. His character never got mentioned once afterwards.

That being said Martin Scorsese is the dude everyone always confuses with actual monsters Roman Polanski and Woody Allen.

I thought he left because he didn't like where the show went. Good riddance imo. The show got leagues better after he left.

He starred in Channel Zero Candle Cove afterwards. But all I could see was Mark.

That Joel Schumacher's main goal in directing Batman & Robin was to turn a sizable portion of the world's population of impressionable young boys into homosexuals.

I'm still looking into whether I can do anything about this legally. I didn't deserve this.

Yeah, young me was definitely mostly into that movie for Chris O Donnell.

Meryl Streep has blackmail on enough of Hollywood that she'll always be nominated - even in trite such as Florence Foster Jenkins.

La La Land winning was the announcers being mad Moonlight won and trying to change it.

Selena Gomez is actually a great vocalist and just has bad management.

Streaming companies are bribing Billboard to lean the Hot 100 more and more to streaming.

I'm with you on this one, or at the very least know more than they're letting on.
Ehhh I used to think they were involved but looking at the timing of things involved I think direct involvement is unlikely. I think the most likely explanation is they were negligent in leaving their kids unattended while they went out to dinner and their shiftiness since then has been to deflect attention from that negligence.

I strongly believe Usain Bolt is a doper. There are so many red flags, but I think it would be so damaging for athletics if he was to be caught that I don't think anyone has the appetite to catch him.

Brexit is a ruse by the U.K. and the EU to stop the EU collapsing.

Basically the U.K. display an almost catastrophic list of reasons why leaving would be bad etc fail to react to it then at the last minute not leave or leave in name only.

Basically as the U.K. do this any other countries thinking of bailing decide not to.

The reason the U.K. was/is the second largest economy in the EU and leaving could cripple it. Other smaller countries don't want to leave.

Seeing as a lot of U.K. companies have European owners and a lot of European companies have U.K. owners or U.K. is heavily invested a simple pulling out is not a good idea.

May is a remainer and she has something that keeps her in power and at the last minute an indefinite transition period or a second referendum will happen to keep us in.

This must be the case right ? Otherwise the U.K. is just blindly going la la la I can't hear you lol

Alien life exists It has interacted with human kind

Or Alien life exists and we have yet to contact it.

Humanity can evolve we just have to stop fighting and acting like tribes, humanity is on the base level decent but keeping us living in fear and suspicion makes us easier to control.

Aliens exist... somewhere in the universe. We will also never contact them.

If any entity that can be described as a god exists, it is completely indifferent to life.

While Farage and UKIP have been pushing this Brexit shit for a very long time, there is evidence that suggests that over the last decade they have been supported, financially and otherwise, by Russia.
This was all in order to destabilize the EU.
Many secessionist/separatist movements today have some support from Russia in their attempt to destabilize the world.
This is not completely without evidence.

It is all in Putin's attempt to make Russia more powerful, though not by making it actually more powerful, just making everyone else weaker.

It also has worked and will continue to work for some time.

I also believe it will eventually fail, though in this case eventually means 10-20 years.

While I'm not sure whether this is a joke, I think it's a sentiment that drives many conspiracies.
"Someone is in control, it can't just be chaos, this can't be real, and scary".

I'd like to believe what you are saying, tbh. But I think that would, in an odd way, be overly optimistic.

Life on other planets. Not necessarily INTELLIGENT life though. That might exist, but it's a lot less likely than just any life, which I'm pretty much certain does exist.

That there are problems whose solution can be quickly verified but which can not be solved quickly.

That's trivial to prove. Take factorisation of large non-primes. It's trivial to verify a given factor, but finding the factors is so difficult that it's one of the main principles of public key encryption. As long as we say "cannot currently be solved quickly" it's an easily proven statement.
