It's one thing to show up peacefully to a public place, be visible and exchange words in the name of a message, but throwing garbage at them from outside the restaurant?
That makes them look shitty, and what did the restaurant do to them?
This isn't the example to follow if we want the moral high ground.
Think about what you're actually advocating for a realize that that's a nightmare world that nobody should want to live in.
1. Yes, we still have the precious 'Moral high ground. Because we ain't kidnapping little kids and raping and killing them, or upon realizing, oh shit we basically killed this kid, it's just a matter of hours and days, better let him out and pretend we had nothing to do with it north Korea style.
2.
Think about what you're actually advocating for a realize that that's a nightmare world that nobody should want to live in.
THAT'S THE FUCKING POINT.
If these assclowms want 'civil discourse' again, if they want a place in society where they aren't constanly hounded for being deplorable shitbags, they need more than just phony ass polite words while they kidnap terrorize and murder, or support or handwave or otherwise enable kid napping terrorizing and murder of 'those people'.
We are way the fuck past 'lack of tension' 'peace'.
Now it's time for the presence of fucking justice.
