I read through the article and couldn't tell you if it's about a real couple or if it's a The Onion-like joke article about random divorcees.

Best of luck in their future endeavors.

There's a woman Wiggle? Cultural Marxists can't even make their own vaugely creepy children's band, they gotta take it away from us?!

I remember flipping through children's channels for my niece a month ago and seeing The Wiggles and thinking how there's only the blue one left.

I'm actually genuinely saddened by this.

I have a 2 and a halfr year old so the Wiggles are basically part of the family.

They were such a cute couple.

Emma is great. She quickly went from "wow, there's a female wiggle" to "wow, she's practically their most defining member". She is a multi-threat... singing, multiple dance styles, drummer, works the crowd, and does a lot of the production stuff as well. She's a hell of a role model.

Does this have anything to with the split up of Cagney & Lacey? Because if so I'll be legit shook up.

This.

My kids are 4 and 5 now, so have moved on a little, but I hear you.

Hot Potato is one of the simplest but magical songs I've ever listened to now that I think about it

Oh hah! The Wiggles! I went on a date with their tour manager earlier this year! She was lovely.

They're a children's band, for anyone (everyone?) who doesn't know. I did have to ask on my date.

Oh my god, really? To parents of small children this is big news. I've been forced to watch so much of this show (it's actually really well done), that recently I amused myself by trying to look up dirty Wiggle gossip and see if anyone was a serial killer when I read about the marriage stuff. It seemed really Disney-esque, a bit too cookie-cutter, but I didn't actually expect it to fall apart so soon. Dang.

Isn't Lachy their music writer, though? They're all multi-threats, but it does seem that he'd be the logical one to go. Emma is just too iconic now and she covers a lot of bases. I'd say Emma and Simon are more valuable than Lachy and Anthony (sorry, Anthony) as front people. Ah, the random shit you debate in your head to stay sane after the 10,000 iteration of "Do the Propeller!"....

I love that half the thread is hopelessly confused and not a single person who understands it is willing to give even a crumb of clarity to the topic.

Give us some dirt!

Did any of the puns mentiob Emma playing with the Captain's feather sword?

It was suggested that Captain Feathersword "tickled her 'fancy' more," or that Henry couldn't keep his hands to himself, or that Wags being such a dog might have been the suspect.

Ohhhhh...The Wiggles. Literally the only kid show I can't tolerate. Sarah and Duck is more my speed, and our 2yo agrees.
