What do you want to know about it?

It runs unlocked framerate but rarely saw any dips and it plays just as good as in PC. One of the rare games where skill is involved and I didn't feel that the switch joysticks are crap.

30 or 60 is what people want to know, along with general portable and docked info like res, performance etc.

How is Not a Hero: Snazzy Edition? Anyone play it?

It plays just like the PS4 version from what I can tell.

The sprites looked tiny when I first started, but it's not so bad now.

Clearing all the challengers for each stage will keep me busy for a while!

The new anime High Score Girl has hyped up Street Fighter II and other games a lot. I'm so tempted to buy some arcade games from the eShop. Backlog though...

Sell me on 1979 Revolution, is it simply a walking simulator? Or is it a legit adventure game? I'm very curious about it and reviews seem mixed on the game.

My only concern was that it would have framerate dips and visual sacrifices compared to the PC version. Hearing that the framerate is unlocked is kind of concerning...Id rather it be locked at 60. Also I thought that the Switch forces vsync systemwide so isnt it impossible for the framerate to be unlocked?

I know there's a Limited Run Games thread, but I'd rather ask here first to see if anyone knows.

Oxenfree is the first release they've done sans a Collector's Edition, any reason why? My wallet and I, are frankly relieved..! :)

The game has some minor dips during intense sequences, but runs perfect most of the time.

I mean, why not ask for 4K too :) Most consoles would love games to run at a locked 60. That probably isn't possible on Switch. I think if you'd rather have a locked frame rate you need to ask for a frame rate locked at 30.

What am I doing. I need to walk away. I already have Dead Cells and invested 20 hours into it. I don't really want to start over...

60fps is not really asking for much in a game like this.

Have had it occur in both.

Thanks...guess Ill pre-order it now to take advantage of the price. Hopefully the dips arent too bad, it was hard to tell if there were any from the videos you posted.

I don't think any occur in the 25 minutes of footage, but there is one instance of a slight dip in the boss battle gameplay. The boss goes to jump & it dips around the 2:35 mark but instantly recovers.

Cool...I checked out that time mark and couldn't tell. Based on the way they've handled the early access version Im sure the dev will continue to work on the game.

Is Hyrule Warriors a pretty good game even if I'm not deep into the Zelda lore? I've only beaten a few of them and don't remember every character I came across, so I figure a good amount of references will be lost on me.

Yeah it's a fun , dumb hack and slash with some light strategy on the battlefield.

I didn't super enjoy the game, but still played 35 hours of it. I don't know what that says about me or the game...

Warriors games are all highly focused on the action, with minimal story so you'd be totally fine just wont recognize some playable characters. It's a great game, probably the best Warriors game due to deeper RPG mechanics though also its very cool playing such iconic characters.

Might be me, I'm a big fan of arcade racers and keep tooting the Grip <--> Rollcage connection every chance I get.

It doesn't support gyro aim, does it? I'd pick it up for a tenner if it did, can't play shooters without them any more.
I honestly don't remember if supports gyro aim but I'll check when I get home

Short question about eShop purchases on 3DS: When I buy a game without having registered a Nintendo ID, the game will be tied to my system, right? What happens, if I register a Nintendo ID after the purchase (let's say a year later)? Will my purchase then be automatically linked to my ID, so that I could transfer it (the ID and the purchase) to another system?

yes, NNID's came after the 3DS eShop launch, that's how it worked for all of us originally too.

So I've got Dead Cells, Unexplored, and Monster Hunter preloaded. Planning on getting Okami and 2064 as well and I really want WarioWare. This is getting ridiculous.

Does anyone else like to have a nice spread of genre representation on their device? Do you like to balance your acquisitions so that you're not overloaded with one genre?

I will literally play any genre and enjoy them except fighting games. Even fighting games, I'll buy the good ones and try to get good at them but never do.

Not intentionally, but I find myself trying games I never would have looked at twice before. Ive ended up with an incredibly diverse set of games on my Switch and I love it.

If HW ever goes on decent sale (lol) then I'll probably pick it up. Really though I wish they'd port over all the SK games to scratch my minor musou itch
