Yep, and it seems to be just DBFZ having problems, SFV is downloading just fine.
Only one I don't own already is BBtag and I wanted to try it some more after the beta, so I guess I'll give it a dl.
It had a "Play Game" button that didn't work, it now appears to be gone. Hopefully they are fixing and it wasn't mistakenly listed as one of the Free Weekend Games and then pulled...which is likely the case.

The Mad Catz and Hori are both good sticks (Sanwa MadCatz parts vs Hori Hayabusa parts). The Mad Catz stick has also been $20 cheaper last week so it might drop more in the future. Would stay away from the Drone, unless you were buying a mini stick. The experience isn't great from the reviews, but I haven't used it.

I know folks don't like key resellers, but CDKeys is legit. Basegame for BBTAG is under $23 right now! My key came with the early purchase bonus, too.
Yeah but I believe it's almost impossible to understand if you haven't played prior entries. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
DLC for SFV and BBxTag is on sale. DBFZ is not available in my region so I can't say.
Tekken 7 doesn't have any of it's DLC on sale but the Deluxe edition is 60% off.

For our titles, yes. A bunch of SFV costume bundles as well as Season 1 & 2 character passes are on sale. GG Revalator also has a bunch on sale as well.
Edit: BB:CTB also has their all-in character bundle on sale.
