Got an email this morning saying there were items in my cart (the items I swore I purchased Friday) and freaked for a second. Surely enough, they were in my order history. A glitch, maybe?

Was there anything added to the game itself in Salt and Sanctuary for the Switch version compared to the PS4 and Vita version? I don't really care about trinkets but if anything is added to the game then I will get the better or more complete version.

I assume this'll get a physical release, but I'm not sure I want it. The game had its good parts (the music, the art style), but the focus on diversity felt a little too on the nose for me and the plot was just alright. Not the worst thing I've ever played, but I was expecting it to be better.

Late Shift (PS4) announced for the same day as Phantom Breaker.

Also, regarding Dragon Fantasy: Volumes of Westeria:

Today we feel comfortable announcing that the game will be submitted in the month of August to Sony. Following that is their internal testing, and then production times. Once we get timelines on all of that we'll be able to, along with LimitedRun, announce when the physical copies will be available for sale.

The name "Drowned Tomb Edition" had me thinking there was something extra but I'll go PS4 in that case. Looking forward to finally playing Salt and Sanctuary. Been hoping for a physical release for over two years I think now?

Torn on getting Late Shift as I just finished it recently on Xbox Game Pass and even got all endings and achievements. I quite enjoyed it though. It has some interesting choices with several potential outcomes and the story and acting is solid for an FMV game.

Perhaps they just needed a slick title besides "Physical Edition". lol.

i was thinking to myself about LRG hold before and how it's $5 a game, has it ever been addressed why it's $5 per game? i know that's the usual rate for americans but why is it $5 for us to hold everytime? with 1 or 2 games it's not much but i think i'm 8 or 9 held games so far and that's an entire game in costs

Nice! 400 Bastion copies will be signed (presumably 200 PS4 and 200 Vita) and be distributed randomly in the orders. I forgot the exact number they said (I think it was like 20-50), but some copies will be signed by the entire team at Supergiant and the rest will be signed by one or two people from the dev team.

They're going to send the cover art to Supergiant to sign first and then have the factory seal it.

Supergiant requested that LRG do this which is pretty cool.

Hope I get lucky!

Surprised autographs are always fun :) Ordered a copy of the All You Need is Kill manga, and the artist (guy that also did Death Note, etc) signed the inside cover :x

Nice that it's also on the cover art, so you can actually open it up and play it if you wish.

The money is pooled into the shipping and prepaid customs charges. Lets assume a best case scenario for LRG, 9 games x $5 = $45 + another $15 shipping another game and releasing your hold. So $60 to ship 10 games. Actual shipping cost may be like $20, taxes where I live are 12%. So on a $250 order that's $30. So it cost LRG $50 to ship out the order, and they pocket $10. I don't mind them getting $10 when they just saved me $100 on shipping.

When they sign, are they signing the shrink wrap? Because if so, the signature is going in the trash.

If they are somehow signing it before it's sealed, then cool.

Oh, then I kinda don't see the issue.

But, honestly, I see no reason why if folks want to request NOT to receive one to do so. I can't imagine too many folks flat out not wanting a signature.

We will either do it one of two ways:

A. Sign the art send it back to Sony to be sealed.

B. Order extra artwork and have it signed to just include in an order.

I think B is the way to go personally and it will decrease production time and avoid anyone getting mad that they have a signed copy.

If we went the A route we would inform the customer first and if they delince we would "reroll" a winner.

B might be cool so the artwork could be mounted.
Signed and sealed games are also cool to me though.

I played Late Shift and it was pretty sweet as far as FMV go. The only thing I disliked is that you couldn't fast forward whole segments you'd already seen when going for an alternate ending.

I'm not really a fan of signed games. But I'd say go A route, and don't bother telling people they won. So what if a couple people get an extra desirable copy they might want to trade? First-world problems.
Also, if somebody doesn't give a damn about signatures and receives a spare cover from route B, they may just toss it...

going to be getting both versions of PBBG and Lateshift next week, are the mega bundles usually easy to get or is it the same level of risk as getting a game that sells out?

also has the DLC in the LRG PBBG been commented on yet?
