Using generic as criticism is such a generic criticism. This always looked like a generic open world game but with a Spiderman-colored coat of paint.

Point to me to any interesting/novel mission design that has been showcased in this game.
It's always looked very Ubi-ish to me, they'll have to nail the basic mechanics (seems like they have) of the game and story otherwise it might get boring.
Guys if you want quotes from the previews post em here so Toumari can add them you cant expect him to read the previews and continue adding links within minutes.
Toumari From the merged thread vestan prepared 3 excerpts in the post here: https://www.resetera.com/threads/spider-man-ps4-preview-thread.59486/#post-11033192Guys if you want quotes from the previews post em here so Toumari can add them you cant expect him to read the previews and continue adding links within minutes.
lol
Daredevil isn't as popular as Iron Man though. An Iron Man game done right would sell Arkham and Spiderman Numbers :p
These were all for the setpieces which is expected. I don't remember any QTE anywhere else unless I missed some.I'm just worried about an overabundance of cinematic QTE cutscenes after those other trailers. Seems like there was a heavy emphsis on that and it bums me out.

They have already stated there is not that many in the game. It is just for certain story segments. It is not a concern anyone should have at this point.I'm just worried about an overabundance of cinematic QTE cutscenes after those other trailers. really though? 110% sure?
Only 25? That's a good amount.Aww, only 25 suits? That's a little disappointing. The way they talked about it before in GameInformer's cover story gave me the impression that there's a whole bunch more. Still, stoked to hear Scarlet Spider made it! Guessing the hood is down, though...

Nah REDII will take it i believe.
Jesus Christ The Clone saga happened in this?
With fluid movement, freeflowing combat, and a massive New York playground to swing around in, Marvel's Spider-Man is looking to be one of the best games ever to feature everyone's favorite webhead.
Nah, you'll be able to switch after you get the Advanced Suit I think.
But I wanna be Iron Man though :pYeah but Daredevil would be quicker and cheaper to make since they don't have to render any graphics. :P
I still hate that she's Lois Lane in this. From the previews it sounds like Insomniac made a really smart decision in letting the player be Mary Jane and Peter Parker. That sort of gameplay variance is what separates a good open world game from a bad one.
This is my only other issue. There is only one thing that bothers me about this game and that is that I would have preferred a more comic aesthetic. On the other hand I understand that a Western AAA today has to be realistic yes or yes.
It's not an issue at all. There is nothing inherently wrong with "towers."
Very insightful comment thank you.
We'll start a class action to remove them. You guys are warned.especially ones like this that are very quick too. You swing up, sync your phone, get a beautiful view of the neighborhood, move on. Just kind of helps orient you, and they are tied into the story.
