Boiling hotdogs sucks but only because its not possible to replicate the great boiled hotdogs out there(hotdog carts, school)

The typical thing is to pack the entire crockpot with the dogs standing straight up. That would be more than 20 though.
I guess you'd have to boil so many it saturates the water with juice to make them taste far better.
I was about to say "Microwaving hot dogs isn't lazy; I eat them straight out of the wrapper when I'm too lazy to heat them." I decided to Google eating hot dogs out of the package and I see that it is recommended to always heat them because even though they are pre-cooked, they can pick up listeria at the factory.
