The Guardian said:
An Aeromexico airliner carrying 103 people from the Mexican city of Durango to the country's capital has crashed soon after take-off, but all passengers and crew survived the accident, according to Mexican officials.

Eighty-five people were injured in the accident – some seriously – but José Rosas Aispuro, the governor of Durango state, said on Twitter that there were no fatalities.

"During the first inspection [of the plane wreckage] no bodies were found," the governor added in an interview with Mexico's El Financiero. "We hope, God willing that there's no one there, no bodies."

A spokesman for the Durango state health ministry said two of the victims were in critical condition.

Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, Mexico's communications and transport minister, tweeted that 103 had been on the plane and all of them had been accounted for. "The 103 people who were travelling on Flight AM2431 to Mexico City have all been located, with no reports of fatalities," Esparza said. Earlier reports said 101 people had been on board.

Contacto Hoy, a local news website, reported: "There are many injured but so far everyone is alive."

Some "funny" comment about video games since it was posted in the wrong section on accident.

Really happy everyone made it if true.

I'm going on my first flight in like 15 years on Thursday and I've been terrified. This isn't help though I'm glad everyone survived.

A reminder that planes are incredibly safe, most plane "crashes" don't result in fatalities and that planes are more robust and redundant than any other form of transportation.

It's all luck. There isn't a safe way to crash land an airliner and those inflatable tubes are there to give you the illusion that you're safe no matter what.

It's not all luck. Commercial airplanes are incredible feats of engineering.
It isnt the plane that's the problem. It's the environment and chaos that ensues once you hit ground. I'm not disagreeing with the plane being amazing, but I also dont think these people are any less fortunate to be alive than a mega millions lottery winner

It just been reported that the pilot is the one with the most serious injuries.

In Spanish: http://www.elfinanciero.com.mx/nacional/solo-el-piloto-ha-entrado-a-quirofano-gobernador-de-durango

Damn, hopefully the pilot can recover soon. The note indicates that he's on stable condition after the surgery.

There's only 49 people remaining getting medical attention but it seems they will be allowed to leave soon as they're OK. There's 2 kids with burn injuries tho :(

Commercial plane crashes are actually pretty rare here in México. In fact, I can't remember the last time we had an accident like this one.

Wow, 103 people and they all survived? I've never heard of a plane crash with a survival rate like that.

I heard about the crash and was so worried. What a miracle on the part of that pilot.

And a well trained pilot will know how to do a "crash landing" in the most favorable way, sure there's some luck involved, but mostly not.
After all flying is indeed by far the safest of all transportation systems.
