These stream of conscience speeches he gives really are something else. He just blabs a bunch of words until he accidentally says one that he recognizes which he will then emphasize and then go off on another tangent.

Maybe protesters should start attending these rallies en masse and boo him and bring their own signs. How are these rallies being planned and who gets to attend?

Lol has this man ever bought groceries in his life.
I'm certain he wouldn't have a clue what kind of store he would have to go to in order to buy groceries or how to find what he needed in the store or to even find the store to begin with or to take it a step further he wouldn't understand what a store is.

Germany
Not in most places. You register to vote and show up at your polling district, sign a piece of paper to match your signature, and go in a voting booth. That's all I do here in New Jersey.
That's so bizarre to me.
In Germany you just go to any voting place and show them your ID as well as the letter you got about voting and then you vote.

"Hunny, I'm the President of the United States!"

You are, and it's no longer a thing to be proud of.

It's become a very divisive issue here. I always thought it was bizarre as well, but after doing some research there are many people who do not have photo IDs and as a result wouldn't be able to vote.

How easy is it to get an ID?

Does the German gov't play games making the offices to get the ID at open only a handful of days a month for certain hours, specifically to screw minorities?

That's exactly what Republicans do at the state level.

I guess for non Americans it might seem kinda puzzling why doesn't everyone has an ID. In my country once you reach the age of 13 we are given an ID, when you hit 30 you get a free up grade so that they can change the photo to match your face. So from 13 to 29 your ID will have a photo with a kid's face lol

Here in Arizona they require a new picture every 12 years. So I had to go down to the dmv office over 25 miles away, wait for near three hours, and then pay $15. The 3 hours sucked and would be hard for people working all the time.

voter ID is one of those things that "makes sense" in theory but in practice it's pretty much exclusively pushed by Republicans as a way to disenfranchise people who tend to lean Democrat. They make it hard to get IDs, choose forms of allowable ID based on the demographics of those ID holders, etc. Rates of in person voter fraud are exceedingly low so these laws end up disenfranchising far more otherwise eligible voters than they catch or exclude from wrongly voting.
