Well sure, why should anybody really care who plays and who doesn't? But that's why we're here, isn't it? Nobody told me there was a recommended threshold of hours I needed to hit before I could comment on this thread!
I'm not insisting at all, in fact I'd argue that the only insistence here thus far has been the replies insisting that my opinions are wrong... But they're just that. I don't claim anything I've said as fact... I didn't think I'd need to point that out!
And I never meant to 'tout' anything; your earlier reply suggested that I had no idea how the game works, and then my reply about not losing any matches yet (just to be clear, I was aware that these were CPU matches before I started playing) was a bit of a sarcastic oversimplification. If that read as bragging then by all means I apologise, that definitely wasn't what I intended... Why would I big up my ability to play a game that I don't even like? :P I'm always up for giving games a fair shot, but when I'm not even having fun with the basics or the general feel of it, I don't think there's much merit in forcing myself to continue. I'm not going to waste time chasing some vague promise of more fun when things get harder... And besides, difficulty does not necessarily equal enjoyment, especially when the basics don't click with me (doubly so when the game is free)!
I quite strongly disagree that anything I've said thus far is 'misinformation', I think that's a bit of an exaggeration. Just because I have a less-than-positive view on something, regardless of the time I've spent playing, does not mean I'm misinforming anybody. I won't pretend that my thoughts are anything even approaching reliable critique, this is just me. People are free to take it or leave it!
Anyway, I've gone on a bit too long now I think. I've said what I came here to say! Enjoy the game (or don't, whichever)!
