That's a great price, may not wait to double dip. Got to chapter 3 before I ran into a weird sound issue I couldn't resolve around the same time the port was announced, so I dropped it.
It does not look like it's selling "very well" in my region (US/NA) but Yakuza 0 is currently in the first page of the Steam global top sellers. I'm sure that it will sell rather decently than anything. I only plan to play it for maybe a week or so, because after that all of my attention will be on Monster Hunter World. I guess that after word and gameplay of the port was shown that people decided to buy it since it looks like it's a good port after all, which explains it's rise in the Steam charts, form what I recall when Yakuza 0 was up for pre-order it was a part of the best selling list but then quickly fell out of place.
As a comparison Monster Hunter World has been in the top 5 best selling spot on Steam for well over 2 weeks, which is pretty dang good for the pre-order of a game that people still had not heard about if the PC port would be good or not, hopefully MHW does not takes sales away from Yakuza 0, while they are very different games they release about 1 week apart and people only have so much money to spend on games

Funny, it just jumped to the 25th spot in the US/NA Steam region (I think It was at 27th or something like an hour ago), so it just barely makes it on the first page, on the global charts it's at the 14th spot, I guess people in the US are just not as interested in the game compared to other regions?
Also does anyone know if Stick Fight The game got an update or was on sale or something (maybe a major streamer, streamed it recently), since that game is from Sep 2017 and is in the top seller on Steam right now (8th globally and 7th in the US), so in other words it looks like it's selling better than Yakuza 0 (of course Stick Fight is only $5USD, but that is still a pretty high spot for a game )

That's really cool of you, hopefully the people that you give the code enjoy the game, I already got the game pre-loaded on my PC and i'm just now waiting for Aug 1st to play it.
Theres no way my current PC would run this better than on PS4 but I might just buy this to support it. Its great that this series is making it to PC.

Preordered a month ago and have the game preloaded and ready for Wednesday. I'll be spending most of launch day packing for my Evo trip, but once I get back from Vegas, definitely getting into that 1440p, >60fps, supersampled goodness.

Violence? Pretty toned down relatively compared to most other titles. Sexual Content? Definitely. Mainly in the form of innuendo but there ARE videos of scantily clad ladies doing awkward smexy poses.
na not really over the top violent. There's even a mild violence setting in the options tab.
Sexual? Yeah, you're probably gonna want to wait on her to go to bed to explore certain side activities. If you pass them by tho then there's nothing really that bad.

It's not a factor in the main story but if you decide to do some of the side activities, it can be. You'll know which ones once you've done them so you'll be able to know what side activity to avoid if you want to play at day.

Man im so excited for this. I couldnt join in the fun of the OT last time because the postman misplaced my copy. Had to rebuy it after i got a refund and it took 2 months. Now that its digital, i have it Day 1 though i wont actually get to play it because im away from the PC. That said at least i can join in the discussion because ive already beaten it.
To those playing Yakuza series for the first time, enjoy it like you'd enjoy a glass of fine wine. Its a little different at first but once it gets its hooks into you, youll be wanting more.
I rarely replay games but i moved on after about 50hrs because there was so much to play in 2017 and now i really want to do all the side quests and complete all the mini games. The story kept dragging me away from all the distractions. I just had to know what was going to happen to kiryu and majima.

Lol it was meant to be a joke. I just want a series I love to succeed on my preferred platform and I hope it does well enough to warrant pc getting other yakuza titles soon too. Maybe simultaneous releases some day. Didn't mean to offend anyone by that.
Dont do any of the softcore videos which are optional.
Some of the heat moves with weapons are pretty violent.
Best to judge yourself by watching a youtube video.

Purchased, plan on booting it up and looking around kamaurcho in gorgeous max graphics for like 20 minutes, then uninstalling.
I beat/played all the yakuza games (cept 2) since yakuza 0 came out for ps4, and i ain't gonna replay it so soon, especially when i got a new entry coming next month to try.

Bless you for giving so many people free access to such a stellar game. I just hope you don't get people claiming copies, then just not giving a fuck and leaving them in the ol' backlog for six years or so.
My first was Yakuza 2 on an emu, then I tried 4 on ps3. Kind of felt...lost. A lot. So this time I think it's time, since this is Zero and shit...
I dream of mod support, Reshades, HD textures. That would be... rad.
Even though I just played and beat Y0 a few months ago I need to support this, especially at this insanely low price.
I'm really looking forward to Kiwami 2. It's going to be really tough to wait for the PC version though. Not sure if I should just go ahead and play it on PS4 instead. I'm thinking it might be tough to go back to 30 fps after Y0, so I might wait for the PC version.

Skimmed through some videos, looks like the really bad heat moves are infrequent enough for me to not worry about too much.
I have no interest in watching those videos though, so I'm fine there. I do have some people on my friends list who may make some assumptions, so I may have to start a second Steam account...
