I mostly agree. I think there'll be a really strong Big Druid deck after the expansion, and I'd run it in my Standard Togeaggle deck instead of a Branching Path probably. I think it'll make Tog in Wild really annoying. And generally the card as printed just seems too generous even if it's not that good right now. If it cost 6 mana it'd probably still be run in tons of decks.
Shaman has so many good draw options. Not sure an expensive understated minion is worth it just for tutoring. Will need to see the legendary spell first though. They are really focusing on elementals for shaman this time, huh?
In any case the cards shows have been pretty good imo, this one... may be not so much
So there's Bloodlust, Volcano, spellstone, and the new Eureka spell.
Not enough imo. The legendary spell better be something.
That said, I'm enjoying the elemental and spell push with Shaman this expansion.
Always volcano on turn 5.
Could work, because of the magnetic effect, but doesn't seem that strong.
Sticky mech minions. Could see some play due to Magnetic needing targets.
there isn't much in the wild catalogue that makes mech decks really care about board presence...blastmage, mostly just regular old token effects like savage roar and knifey. minirions head might be the card that could benefit most from that gameplan, but compared to eggnapper its not as good and eggnapper barely had playDepends if the decks can utilize the tokens somehow. Knife juggler type of effects etc
This with magnetic minions can turn very interesting
It's better without taunt. You want to be damaging it with warrior effects.
You could still damage it with Warrior effects, regardless if it had taunt or not. Not saying you're wrong, but how is it better without taunt? It's better without taunt. You want to be damaging it with warrior effects.

Ehhh...I mean I guess that would be nice if you can get it all set up, but I feel like in most cases it would've just been more of a benefit for it to have taunt. Especially against something like odd paladin. Having to get rid of it with one or two hits and then having two more taunts to kill.because it can be protected by taunts allowing it to live for more whirlwind effects instead of taking a clean 4 or 5 at once.
When I feel lost on a deck, i look to streams and videos of a good player playing it successfully. Pretend you're the one playing the game, and if they do something different make note of it. Here's Gaara playing it at high legend:Could someone give me some tips on how to play Malygos Druid?

Malygos Druid is a deck that has a lot of possible win conditions, and you need to identify the best one to work toward to win the game. There was a good writeup on reddit about that here:

looks very weak, but then again if it had magnetic it be too good.
Those clever bastards. Such a smart way to bolster Shaman decks. Like in Giant Shaman, getting your Spellstone. Or drawing your Bloodlust in a bloodlust shaman. And now Eureka! with Malygos. The gravy on the poutine to all of this is that every single one of those works with Stormsurge, too. Which can also be tutored out thanks to Sandbinder (storm chaser as well).
